Pros: Rooms are decently sized, all snall double beds with desks, wardrobe space and ensuite bathroom. Close to other uni buildings, and is less than a minute away from the Co-op and Eldon building. Cons: no social/lobby area for socialising. Our flat was made to pay for damage to our door that was done by the staff, not us. Despite being told that they would replace the door within 2 weeks, it's been over 2 months now without a door handle and is a splinter hazard. Table legs in the kitchen don't actually support the table. Floors above 7 have not been refurbished. The lift and wifi sometimes doesn't function. The company has poor internal communication in general. Rooms are overpriced.

I think the location for me is great as it is close enough to my classes, however i am not keen on the people i live therfore i avoid the kitchen (meaning i don't eat) and they are rude and inconsiderate

You pay almost £5000 for 6 months rent, the room is small and the shower is in a small washroom with a toilet and sink- pretty substandard for £5000? Also maintenance request after maintenance request, something seriously wrong with the doors and the locks in this place too.
