Mountain Halls

The rooms are alright but for what you're paying it's not really worth it. The postal system is problematic because when you order something and you get informed that it has been delivered by the company brand, when you go to retrieve its not at the accommodation lodge and doesn't actually get sent up there from the postal room until a couple of working days later.

Perfect location, very close to university buildings on campus. Good social experience with good social areas, although room was not value for money as too expensive for the size of the room and features. Internet okay.

Dirty kitchen and hallways, no one emptying bins, no hot water from taps and cold water tap always bringing out warm water, too many people blasting loud music at 10:30am. Flatmates refusing to do any chores. Not value for money

It was an amazing experience we pranked each dorms every week but we all got on really well especially freshers week we had all sort of different types of parties.

The accomdation is every good and well presented and I would recommend it for the first years this year.

Rooms are spacious and modern. The building is cleaned regularly by cleaners, and the beds are of a decent size too. The wifi speed are also really good, getting 60up and down , orw ith the ability to upgrade to 100up and down

Halls is too small, the money that I have to pay per week I beleive way too much for the little that is actually provided. Of course the initial experience is fun where it’s new but then it just gets annoying having to share a kitchen with 5 other people who don’t even wash up.

The location is excellent in a quiet area of the halls of residence with amazing views from the room and kitchen. Social spaces are nearby along with a launderette. The rooms are large and spacious. The kitchen could do with a few repairs though. The accommodation staff are excellent at sorting out any issues with the rooms. Although more expensive than Glamorgan court the experience of living there outweighs the greater cost. With regards to the launderette it should be free in my opinion. A TV is even provided in the kitchen which is a bonus.

Spacious rooms. Great views and facilities. Large kitchen with TV. Close to social spaces and launderette.

Internet too slow and can't upgrade in all blocks. Room sizes good but expensive since for what you get. Service good to replace broken articles
