Good maintenance services. Clean halls upon arrival. The kitchen is a good size and has necessary facilities. Very good distance from the university and from the shopping centre

Radnor is pretty great in terms of location. You're 5 minutes from campus, 2 minutes from the nearest shop and 10 minutes from the nearest big supermarket. The rooms are really comfortable as they're all en-suite. The only down side was the lack of communal space as you only have a kitchen with some uncomfortable plastic chairs.

The hall is clean, nice and up to date with all en suite bathrooms. Rooms are of decent size with plenty of storage. Reception is only a 2 min walk away and the maintenance people are quick to respond and fix any problems. Location is very good 2 kind from town and the uni, I would recommend.

Great close location to campus and town, rooms are ideal for first year students althought communal areas are lacking the friendly vibes other halls have and no common area makes things a bit boring at times.

I felt as though the atmosphere in these halls were second to none, however the price and the size of the rooms left a lot to be desired, the room was very small but cosy and the price at £136 per week was not something I would choose to pay again. It was an incredible location, right by uni and the night life.

Living in halls is great fun, you meet so many new people and there is always something to do! The rooms are cosy. The beds are comfortable. The only problem is it can get noisy at time, however despite that it's still a great place to live.

Newly referbished. Room was small but comfy beds and good ensuite. Very social and had a lovely courtyard which you can use for bbqs in the summer which is great

rooms were a decents aswell as being super close to uni. There could however been more emphasis on a commumal area? Like a sofa in each flat or something?

Good quality accommodation but very overpriced for what you actually get. No sofa/social area into he flat and no communal social area for all the flats either.

While the location of the halls are close to the uni this is the only upside of the halls. Some flats have been refit with better kitchens and given sofa's while others such as mine are left with terrible appliances and cupboards that are hanging off the the hinges and have the markings rubbed off and barley working. The surrounding area is always riddled with broken bottles and rubbish and isn't a nice place in general. The rooms are quite small which is to be expected but they are badly designed as the desks are tiny and the storage space is very limited. In conclusion the place itself is very bad and at discovery heights and other unite students building there are better rooms with better bathrooms and desks as well as much larger kitchens with better appliances and sofa's as well as a communal social area with a pool table and other things to do.

It was great to have an en suite and a large shared kitchen but it was frustrating to have no sofa or common room to hang out in. The rent was also far too high compared with properties in the area and I am aware that it rises every year without fail which isn’t that cool really.

The location is great, a few minutes walk from campus and about the same to walk into town. There’s a shop on the corner and you’re basically in the centre of everything. It’s living on the bare minimum but it’s relatively new and the kitchens look nice and clean. The bedrooms are ok, they’re a bit dated but ok. My carpet was replaced after I moved in as it was really old and worn out. The bathroom is big enough and easy to clean, again it’s the bare minimum but it works. The windows don’t seal properly so there’s always quite a draft in your room but the heating comes on quite regularly so you’re never really cold. The cleaners are really friendly and so are the maintenance guys, they will fix anything you ask them to within a timly manner and are very attentive. Wifi is quite temperamental but its ok most of the time.

Radnor was an amazing experience because, for my halls atleast, everyone was so friendly and up got having fun which made it a fun place to be and that made the whole experience so much easier with being away from home so much to the point where when I did go home all I wanted to do was to be back at uni.

Overall the room is a nice size, and is very close to uni, the room has a few faults eg a puddle that forms in the middle of the bathroom and doesn’t disappear, room on the bottom floor where people from the street can see in. But apart from that the room is very nice and is in a quiet location close to supermarkets and restaurants.

Perfect location to live in first year! But that comes at a cost. There are more modern halls nearby for a similar price.

Actually skanky. The halls are disgusting. The oven is vile and the cleaners don’t clean. The rooms are too small and the carpets need changing. The smell when we moved in was absolutely vile.

Central location and easy access to city centre. Two minute walk to both university and city centre and all facilities e.g shops. All within walking distance. The rooms are a fair size but are expensive. Could do with revamping.

Dependent on block the same halls have different facilities and refurbishment (sofas etc) for the same price, is the luck of the draw as could be not what's advertised.

Dependent on block there is different facilities and refurbishment all at the same price, it's a luck of the draw. Courtyard is always loud late at night any night of the week.

Location is great - really close to uni and loads of bars! Also a couple of minutes from the city centre which is amazing! Rooms are quite small but have an ensuite which is a plus, and have lots of storage! As there arent sofas or anything in the communal areas it isn’t as social as it could be - makes it more difficult to have friends over. But everything else is great, and the RAs and maintenance people are brilliant!
