Frobisher House

Our flat was ground floor and was essentially a bunker, we had one tiny window in our kitchen that didn't open, barely any windows in our rooms. Our rooms had vents that didn't close and as a result we could always smell the smokers outside & our rooms got cold as soon as the heating went off. None of that is that much of a big deal but compared to the other flats in frobisher the price we paid was ridiculous, would not recommend frobisher when you can go anywhere else for better value, frobisher is so expensive compared to what you can get with the private halls in plymouth, like astor and beckley
