Rowe House

The best thing about Rowe House is the location. It’s super close to the lecture theatres and the library and only a 15 minute walk from the city centre. You are so lucky in Rowe to have double beds and ensuite rooms. It is self catered which means the kitchen is really big and has a sofa for socialising. This is perfect for parties! I really recommend Rowe House.

Lovely accommodation and perfect number of flat mates. The kitchen is big with lots of space and even though some of the rooms are quite old looking you have plenty of space and a double bed! So close to the centre of uni

Undoubtedly the most underrated halls at Exeter! Fab location for campus and town, double beds and en suite rooms, and big kitchens. Nice that the blocks are small enough that you can get to know everyone quickly.

So close to everything! Already on campus so about a 5 minute walk to lectures, 5 minute walk to town! If you get put into the T flats your rooms over look the swimming pool which is beautiful in summer! Great cohesion in the building, they’re much smaller than the other accommodations so you get to know all 56 people in your building! Was also right next to the market place which is handy if you don’t want to walk down to co-op, close to reception and both laundry rooms!

This in my opinion is the best value for money accommodation. It has good size rooms with double beds and en suites. The en suites used to be wet rooms but were recently renovated to having shower cubicles. As well as this the location is great, it’s opposite Lafrowda, about 7 minute walk from The Forum and then about 15 minute walk into town. The kitchen is a good size with 2 stoves, 2 sinks and 2 microwaves but doesn’t come with a toaster so we all pooled together to buy one! It has 2 sofas which aren’t super comfy but nice to have something other than hard plastic chairs to sit on!! No TV but everyone watches Netflix on their laptop anyway right?

Lovely spacious rooms, double beds. 1 out of 7 rooms has a single bed but the much bigger room makes up for it. Slightly quieter than Lawfrowda but still opposite Lawfrowda so you can go our with all your friends there and come back to a place abit more quieter. Amazing location 15 mins till town and 5 to the business school 10 to forum library

Perfect location on campus, close to town and close to all lectures and the sports park. A little dated inside but has a double bed and a great sized kitchen. I found it very sociable and ended up staying with my flat mates for the next two years. Would recommend!
