Far from the uni, half an hour walk or a 5 minute bus journey, but buses come every half an hour. No extractor fan Good facilities like computers and a printer on site, no need to go to the library. Ensuite rooms, and if anything is broken it is fixed immediately. Not modern, quite old.

Location is good, could definitely be worse. Close to Aldi and a few good takeaways. Bus stop just outside to get to Headington Campus, Wheatley and town centre. Walk to Headington Campus is about 40 minutes (not too bad if you miss the bus). The room is pretty standard (en-suite) was all clean and fine when I moved in, anything that breaks is normally fixed quite promptly. Definitely good value as is one of the cheapest options at Brookes. Socially is quite good, more of a community feel as you recognise a lot of people. Common room is small but don't think that really matters, has a vending machine for when you want to treat yourself and has a TV. Only downsides to it is the kitchens are quite small, one fridge freezer between 6 people which means you get less than a shelf/draw each. The wardens are also not that great, seems like most of them are a bit power hungry (once got made to go to bed) but they'll probably change every year. Overall a pretty good place and is good value for money.

The facilities are at best average. A very inconvenient location for students. The staff are too involved with flats, so you feel like you are being babysat all the time. One decent thing is that there is supermarket not too far away.

Rooms are big enough and are warm. Kitchen are reasonable but ovens and hobs should be stronger. Good distance from the bus stop. Would be better if closer to Headington/Marston.
