Amazing city DescriptionNottingham is a city in central England’s Midlands region. It’s known for its role in the Robin Hood legend and for the hilltop Nottingham Castle Museum and Art Gallery, rebuilt many times since the medieval era. In the Lace Market area, once the centre of the world’s lace industry, the

Its the best place to live not overcrowed like london or any other mainstream cities in UK specially for students feasible transport from all parts of the city with two best universities that offer best courses, lots of opportunities to grow and flourish. Coming to night life its a very happening city with lots of clubs and pubs covered by amazing crowd, music and food and other places to hangout. Nice and affordable student accomodations near the universities and all the stores you need for shopping.

Food is great, plenty of places to eat - restaurants, cafes, coffee shops etc... both independent like 200 degrees and chains like Starbucks and Costa. Great hotels right in the city centre for affordable prices. Lots of value for money

There is always something to do in Nottingham, whether it be bars, clubs or restaurants. There is plenty of green space to relax as well as 'city' spots for a great night out with friends.

Nottingham is a lively city with a good night out. There are many places to visit from Nottingham castle to the ice arena. There are lots of food places and restaurants to go to as well as an abundance of cocktail bars. Victoria centre and the lace market are also great places for clothes shopping.

It’s quite a small city but has almost everything you need for it to be fun and entertaining. We have nice clubs for nights out for example ink rock city and etc. For shopping we have all the usual stores you’ll need however not many branded shops like Gucci etc. Finally food, there’s a few nice places that are exclusive to Nottingham only as most cities have that but here there’s a few nice ones too for example Annie’s burgers, best places to go for burgers but it is expensive

I think Nottingham is the best city to go to university. It is a brilliant size as it’s not too big and daunting for someone moving away from home but it also has atmosphere and lots of things to do. There is a bar, restaurant or cafe on every corner and the clubs are great! The city also has a fantastic tram service which helps you get to Clifton campus. Overall, I absolutely love living in Nottingham!

Nottingham city centre has everything you could need from a city, with live music venues for every capacity you can be sure a band/artist you love will tour there whilst you live there. Next the clubs. There's a club or bar for almost every type of music/scene/person in Nottingham. The choice of restaurants almost feels unlimited with so much to choose from! Lastly the transport links are great in Nottingham, the bus network is cheap, the trams are cheap and other cities like Derby and Sheffield are just a stone's throw away

Nottingham is great for whatever you could be looking for. It has such a range of chains and independent restaurants/bars which accommodate for veggies, vegans and meat eaters! There are loads of spots for a night out with different vibes depending on what you prefer. It’s a great city to visit or live in.

Nottingham is a lovely City. I’m originally from down south and have come to Nottingham for uni and I have a lot of love for this city. There are so many things to do including cinema, many places for food and drink, clubs, mini golf and many more! The city is vibrant and always full of action, over Christmas there was a beautiful Christmas market as well as ice skating which I loved! There are loads of clubs to go to, depending on what type of music you like their is a club for everyone from rock to house and techno you’re never stuck for somewhere to go. As well as this there is also a lovely sized shopping centre called the Victoria Centre, it has multiple shops such as Superdrug, JD sports, Topshop, John Lewis as well as Tesco, Millie’s Cookies and more. Everything is all so close together and easy to get to, I really can’t fault it! However, if you have trouble getting around there’s no need to worry because Nottingham also has amazing transport from trans to buses and trains there’s something to suit everyone’s needs.

Nottingham is a great city for students because it really embraces different personalities and preferences, from urban nights out to retro and punk and it’s somehwere where you really get the opportunity to express and get to know yourself.

Nottingham is amazing! I have been on a fair few nights out in Nottingham and ive never had a bad one! There are many areas of Nottingham with places to have a few cold ones with the lads. The Corner House area is full of places to eat/drink such as Pizza Hut, TGI Fridays and many more. Nottingham has 2 massive shopping centres, Broadmarch and Victoria Centre, jam packed full of shops for people of any age.

There's something for everyone in Nottingham, from the shops and restaurants to the student night every night of the week at the wide range of clubs and bars. The city feels like a student city, with students at Uni and Trent, which gives us varsity events to look forward to every year. The public transport is 24/7 and it's easy to get where you want to go.

Nottingham is the best thought student city. Having 2 massive universities, colleges in City centre and a general live mood, its great for young adults to thrive on all sorts of food places, bars on every street, 3 huge night clubs plus many smaller ones...

Such a great city, nightlife is fantastic and so cheap (recommend PomPom and Ink) shopping centre and high street right next to Nottingham Trent Uni with hundreds of shops, not too spread out so easy to walk everywhere, also loads of really nice restaurants quirky cafes etc.

Things to do in Nottingham is endless! There are many bars, a good selection of nightclubs and many places to eat during the day and night! Nottingham never fails to surprise me, living here has so far been a blast. I wouldn't have chosen anywhere else to be honest!

I have been in Nottingham for 2 years and I have to say it has been the best decision I've ever made, Its neither big or too tiny, its diverse and is basically run by students. Nights out are always fun and they have an abundance of restaurants to choose from
