Venue is spacious and has an outside area for smokers. Friendly atmosphere with friendly staff. Also good deals for drinks

Amazing music makes you feel like you're back in the 90s and 00s (on Tuesday nights anyway). You belt out classics like Mr Brightside (surprise surprise) or lesser known classics whose names I obviously don't know. Wouldn't go on Saturday as grime and chart music isn't my thing and whenever I went I didn't enjoy it. Damn Good definitely lives up to its name though.

The LCR is a great friendly place that allows students to let loose mainly on a Tuesday and on a Saturday. The LCR has three main floors - main room, hive and blue bar, all in which cater for a variety of music tastes. The LCR also has a large outdoor smoking area with seats and tables, which is great because it tends to get too hot at times. The security at hand do a great job in making sure eveyone abides by the rules, so all can enjoy themselves. Without the fantastic friendly bar staff/ venue staff the night just wouldn't run smoothly. Deffo 10/10 - would recommend

This is definitely a classic night out for people who go to The University of East Anglia. Very safe with a huge security guard presence and lovely bar staff. The drinks are not very expensive with good deals. Damn good is the best night with cheesy music and fun themes.

Best student night in Norwich on a Saturday. 3 different rooms for all different tastes in music. A bit grimey but when the whole squad is out It's lit nevertheless. Entry and drinks are reasonably priced.

The Drinks are cheap as long as you are a student at UEA. And the 3 different rooms play music to suit anyone. The special events are good aswell often with extra days put on and rides outside.

The LCR is a lovely venue and always full, although after about 1am on club nights it can get a bit rowdy and the visitors aren't managed properly as there are all sorts of violent people wandering around after drinking too much The range of events for different people / genres is to be applauded though as Norwich doesn't have much diversity within the club scene

Very good night out for the price - Damn Good tuesdays are really enjoyable. Good song choice and staff are very enthusiastic. Great place to bond as a flat

Music is great, drinks are cheap, always full of people! It's the best place for those who lie on campus as it's literally a 2 min walk so no need for taxis!!!

Great atmosphere, security do a great job. Very reasonably priced drinks. Variety of music. Plenty of toilets. Plenty of events throughout the year. Deal with queues effectively

The LCR is a good, cheap night out. Music varies dependant on what the night is themed with/ what day it is, but there is always a mixture with at least two different rooms of music. It is student friendly, and feels safe.

You can never go wrong with a night out at the LCR. Upstairs for those of you that like the cheese and downstairs for the proper ravers, ur welcome x

Amazing. Sticky and gross but in the best way. Low price on drinks and always a great atmosphere and good music.

THE BEST STUDENT UNION NIGHT CLUB EVER!! Three rooms, cheesy classics upstairs, more edgy D&b and hip hop downstairs. Amazing vibes. 99.9% UEA students. Virtually no sexual harassment. Pretty much a guaranteed good night out. Plus if you're a UEA student living on campus you're a 3 minute walk from your bed. There's a new chip van that's stationed outside too. Teeny bit pricey but well worth a fiver.

The lcr is a great student club, with its large size and cheap drinks. The atmosphere is friendly. Downside is the music is awful and it never changes from week to week. Also need to wear a helmet as you're likely to get hit by a flying vk. OVERALL not bad but not good. Also does good gigs.

Located centrally on campus. Decent music on student nights! Personally prefer A List over Damn Good because of their mainstream chart music playlist, and it has the Hive open for access as well as Blue Bar downstairs. Ordering drinks at the bar can take awhile if the staff doesn't notice you.

Always have a good night. Music isn’t always amazing but three different rooms to choose from so can always find something I enjoy. Drinks are well priced and so is club entry. Bar staff and security are really friendly and really helpful if you ever need them.

Lcr is the best place to go for a night out! Music, drinks prices, location etc etc what more can I ask for

Once you accept the fact that it is more of a school hall vibe than a club and the same music is played every Tuesday and Saturday, The LCR is the place to be. 2 VKs for £4, what more could you want in life.

Despite being slightly grimy, and boring on some occasions, the legacy that the LCR brings is one that unites UEA unlike any other. It’s perhaps the safest club in Norwich from my experience, the bouncers and staff there really care about your night out in the sense that you’re okay. The drink costs are expensive in some aspects on a regular night, but the good nights they are reasonably priced.

The lcr is easily one of the vest places for a night out as a student in Norwich, the venue always has something interesting going on, it's decently priced and it's quality for the sesh!

The uni's SU is the place to be, cheap drinks, always packed, different music so overall lots of choice and fun

The LCR is a cheap and cheerful night out. Always fun, always easy going. The staff are friendly and the students hilarious. UEA always knows how to do dress up nights (although occasionally the LCR staff could go a bit more all out on their themed nights in terms of decorations etc), and every guest I've ever bought there has always enjoyed it. Drinks aren't too expensive and the cloakroom (£1) is quite reasonable. There are several rooms with different music in them- so there's a good variation of music to suit everyone's needs. Though it's a shame that ticket prices went up for the venue this year (Tuesday damn good's I'm looking at you) lt's a brilliant gig venue too. Very, very, very hard to fault.

Amazing venue, huge and so much fun. Sticky floors but usually people are too drunk to notice, grab a VK and you’ll be grand
