Victory house is further out from the square than other halls but it is new in comparison to others. Each room has an ensuite fitted with shower, toilet and sink. The cleaners come in every week to clean the bathroom. The room has a single bed in it and a desk. It was nice to be in flat with 7 other people as it gave you friends to go to freshers events with. The kitchen has a table, fridge and freezer (which are quite small for all of you to fit your food in). Overall I would recommended staying in victory house if you do go to University of East Anglia - there are lots of medical students who are placed in those houses.

Really great location. Lovely rooms. Always heated. Showers are good. However very costly and a lack of social areas. Wardens good. Security good.

The location is good and convenient as it is on campus so it is relatively close to everything. The social experience is amazing and I have made so many friends through my flat and their friends coming round makes it more socialble too. My room is nice, they are small for the price we pay and the kitchen is not the nicest but they have the facilities we need.

The location is always a good thing as it is on campus, however, location is not everything! Why? - There is only microwave ovens available - The windows only open about 5cms no matter what the weather. Turns into a green house in the summer! - There just is not enough fridge/ freezer space for 12 people in 2 fridge freezers. - Nursing students, they turn the heating off over the Christmas holidays, they call it the saving energy, we call it - no consideration for those whose courses run longer than others! - We have lovely maintenance staff - We have lovely accommodation staff - Hopefully you get a cleaner that actually cleans - Met some nice people :) - Across the road from the GPs, Dentist and Launderette - Launderette is ridiculously overpriced, considering health care students have to wash their uniforms after each wear - Social area in the kitchen is uncomfortable - The internet is great
