Location seems far at the start compared to other on campus accommodation, but after a few weeks and getting used to the walk, I'm actually glad I'm staying here. I really enjoy the walk to and from the central campus (really nice view especially in the fall) and it's really quiet here.

Definitely good value for money. It's quiet. Definitely not good Wi-Fi. In terms of social life the village in general is rubbish for socials and no one will want to trek over for pres.

Good room size and meets needs, smaller and more dated than the other accommodations but defo makes up for it with the cheap price. Kitchen has no oven but everything works okay and is a good size. Decent location from uni, personally I’ve liked my time in village with it being homely but still v social.

Room is good size with good facilities and storage however is very old fashioned compared to some of the other village accommodations. The carpet and desks are a bit worn down now. The kitchen is good and spacious however again a bit run down compared to some of the newer village accommodations like beech. Also could do with an oven perhaps and more fridges as often the fridges break. Altogether for the price I think it's the best halls for your money and it adequately meets my needs.
