Great location amongst the other students, lots of social activities but also quiet enough to get some sleep. Spacious kitchen with a big table was nice to socialise with the flat. Big desk to get work done. Squirrels bar on site has great cheap drinks and food

Quite but not too quite, allowing a solid night sleep just about every night! the shared kitchen is spacious and has been fundamental to making me feel at home and is a lovely hub. The room is comfortable despite the breeze block walls which once decorated feel natural and less prison block. The room is bigger than you think with plenty of storage space. And there's easy connections into town from buses to a really safe cycle lane! The em-suit is a privilege and very nice to have but I doubt you'd miss it too much if it wasn't there. Cleaned twice a week for the kitchen which is lush! However, the red-life team do seem to be a bit more on the case with mess and late night noise than in other halls. Nonetheless my flat just had a party that never got shut down which was swell!

Richmond was easily one of the nicest halls, the rooms aren't the biggest but they have a nice size desk and the ensuite is good. The kitchens are big and because I was on the top floor it had a high ceiling which helped make it nicer. The soical experience depends on your flat but since you're in Fallow there's lots of people about

Really enjoyed living here, the kitchen was really big which was great, there was no sofa but we all brought our room chairs in to make it comfier. Uni bar and other cheap places for drinks are close by.

Nice spacious kitchen and has ensuite which is a plus. Could do with an update on decor, as feels a bit dated. Shared with 7 others, which is nice, as there is always someone to socialise with in the flat. Can be quite loud, usually in the eve, but compared to other halls is pretty quiet.

Richmond park is part of the fallowfield campus, right next to the armitage sports centre. It is a short walk to the on campus bar or slightly further to the pubs, clubs and shops of fallowfield. Handily near to Sainsbury's and Tesco. Room is as good as a uni room gets, decent en suite bathroom, kitchen is cleaned twice a week.

The halls it’s self are perfect if you’re looking for your own bathroom. With a spacious kitchen and not bad sized bedroom. The only criticism would be that if you’re looking for a constant party these halls aren’t for you. It’s possible to find others who would like it too, but not all flats are like this. Furthermore, the WiFi is terrible.

Really nice to have an on-suite and has a big kitchen with everything needed. Could really do with some sofas or some communal area in the halls other than the kitchen table.

Good social life as it is in Fallowfield where most students live. The best accommodation in Fallowfield if you want a decent nights sleep. En-suite bathroom is nice and kitchen is big.

Nice clean hall. Glad that it is in fallow field as it is a good student area. Overpriced for what it is, however quieter and cleaner than the likes of oak house, good if you want to socialise and study. Would probably go into oak house if I could choose again, not worth the high cost.

Located in Fallowfield which is good for socialising and a shirt bus journey to university. En-suite bathroom is nice. Bedroom could be more modern to compete with other universities.

my room is amazing! nice en-suite facility with clean showers. room basic but manageable, single bed with massive wardrobe and desk areas. shelves above bed can cause problems if you wake up and bang your head in the middle of the night. other than that, social life is amazing in fallowfield, kitchen big to hold pre-drinks or after parties as well as good cooking facilities. wash room is basic and the amenities block is never used which seems pointless when there is a bar area inside. squirrels bar on campus is AMAZING and definitely good when your student loans run out. good value for money!

Location was great, it's the farthest away from the main road so a bit of a walk when you're tired (or lazy). It's right next to the Armitage sports centre so if you're into sports it's perfect. On suit is great. Enough storage space in the room to fit A LOT of clothes (even more space under the bed). 2 sets of shelves and a very big desk. The walls are very thin, you can hear all conversation from your neighbours, but that's just halls for you. Living with 8 people makes it very social, with a big kitchen where you can fit everyone plus guests. Having the front door really close to the flat next door makes it great to get to know your next door neighbours. Best halls on campus.
