Oak House

Rooms were stone cold, tiny, barely big enough to do any work. Rooms were damp as well as the kitchen. A sewage backlog flooded my flat which resulted in me having to move to another flat on campus as well as over £1500 worth of damage done to my stuff. Would not recommend to anyone, whether on strictest budget or not as even a room on a budget this small should be better than this shambles of a place. Also very thing walls so hard to sleep at weekends.

Worst halls ever. Terrible facilities, terrible people, terrible experience. The decor is essentially a glorified prison cell, with numbers on the doors and massive green brick walls. The accommodation team suck, maintenance is pretty non existant. It is like as you have chose the cheapest halls, they think you don't really care about facilities at all, £95 a week is far too expensive in my opinion. I got put in a halls with absolute wierdos, so I don't want to speak for the rest of Oak House in terms of social experience, as Oak House and Fallowfield in general is pretty fun. I imagine if my flat was't so dead I would have enjoyed it more than I did.
