Ideal location - my lectures are never far away and it’s less than 5 minutes walk to the gym and the SU. Great sized room with plenty of storage space.

Not the greatest looking exteriors of any building in the UK by any means, but the best group of people you could ever wish for live right near you on the inside.

Honestly I’ve had the best experience living in the towers. They are the only 7 day catered hall in the campus ( weekend brunches are the best ;) ) The location is amazing since it’s only 2-7 mins walk away from all my business lectures. And I’ve the best time living in the hall because of the wonderful people here. Towers also has the largest wardrobe space!

I arrived in my halls the day after moving in day but was still welcomed into the halls. Freshers week was amazing with older years helping to sort out our predrinks and showing us the nightlife. The halls were located very close to the bus stops and the student union making for easy access around the entire campus. The room was great with a wash basin and double bed in the room, however the kitchen only had a microwave for own cooking.

Towers is located on the east side of campus, separate from the student village. It is a great location for the majority of students as it is close to a lot of the buildings where most lectures are held. (It is the other side of campus to engineering though). The halls itself it made of two towers - east side and west side. The west side houses 11 people per floor and the east side houses 6 (single sex) people per floor. It is great because you then have a massive group of 17 people you live with! Freshers is great in towers as they arrange social activities with all the different floors so you get to know loads of people in the first couple of weeks. Towers is a catered hall and personally I enjoyed the food. It can become a little repetitive after you've been eating there for a year but there is loads of choice. Towers has had a new dining hall built in the past couple of years too! Towers is really close to the students union too so it's great for nights out.
