As most people know, London is a very expensive city. Budgeting is an essential for living in London and also resisting the urge of going out with friends all the time. There are plenty of things to do such as sightseeing, clubbing, museums, etc. And there are endless shopping centres to visit which allow you a great shopping experience from berska to h&m to primark to JD and many more. In London, you have to be wise about your available options such as UNiDAYS or even certain packages for transport etc!

London is very expensive to live in but the range of activities you can do are huge. The city is very multicultural and has plenty of things to do on the weekend so you'll never be bored. Going out to eat is always easy and a new experience every time due to the large range of different cuisines available , just a small distance away.

We visited it twice. By night the radio Rooftop was a little bit chilly. The breakfast was served in Zela London, it was delicious, and the place is really beautiful. The staff was caring and and made our stay wonderful. The check out was so smooth and easy, Alvaro explained every detail patiently. When we come again, we will definitely stay in ME London.

London is a vibrant city that I have called home for the past 3 years. The cost of living is noticeably higher than other cities in the UK. However, with the opportunities and activities that are available in London, I completely believe that you get what you pay for.

London is one of the greatest cities in the world. I’ve been living here for almost 3 years now and my life has completely changed. I had to adapt to a new fast environment where people are surprisingly friendly, to be surrounded by strangers smiling at you. There is a mixture of cultures which is what makes it so special: you can find any food and drinks and piece of clothes you are looking for! It is definitely expensive, though the opportunities it provides are endless!

My city is quite good when it comes to transport, nights out, eating out, entertainment and getting food value for money on these things. Transport is great, as long as your in education you get a discount on TFL and you get free bus and tram travel till 18 (as long as in education). However, shopping is not as great as the local shopping centre to me (west Croydon) has not been developed as promised and is constantly running out of stock with things like clothes and shoes. It’s always the same stuff or no variety at all. But overall, London is a great place to live, it offers lots of opportunities for young people to educate themselves as well as having a good time.

London! I mean London the word that consists of 6 letters which in reality mean millions of opportunities, vivid memories and sleepless nights. There is no need to say how amazing the city is - you just need to come and experience it. It hosts tonnes of events every day, every hour and I bet every minute. Whether you're prepared to spend all your money or none at all-you'll enjoy this city. Come alone or in a company, it is the city where you'll meet amazing people who'll definitely be remembered for years. It's a hotspot for emerging talents: whether you're a designer starting your year at St. Martin's or a fabulous future City resident. There is a place for everyone. So no more words or even letter needed: just come and experience it yourself.

London has it all! Great restaurants; at all pricing levels and every cuisine you can imagine. There are great options for every budget and every apetite. The options for theatre and museums are endless, which makes it such a joy to discover new spots, galleries, plays, live music and expositions every week.

Food shopping is more expensive than anywhere else in the UK but that is expected as it’s london. You can find a lot of cheap places hidden around, tips from uni friends Positive is that nightlife is avaliable almost everyday of the week and will always be busy Travel is reasonably priced, I suggest living on the outskirts of London if you are studying for a long time and then travel into London rent will be cheaper and so will the food

London is a great city that offers something for everyone. At first you might think it’s much more expensive as a student which for the most part, generally it is, however there are some great bars, clubs and things to do that are all cheap or free - just got to be willing and open to exploring and trying out new places. A personal favourite of mine is Dover Castle on Borough high street, a super cheap student bar that is always packed and full of good vibes. Another recommendation is an app called DUSK. It offers you free and discounted drinks with associated bars all over the city. Life is better in London in my opinion :)

London is a cultural hub with an endless choice of activities and resources, many of which are ideally suited to students who can greatly benefit from being placed in the centre of all action. With a great range of food, art, entertainment and more, there’s something for everyone. Living here feels like rollercoasting through a breathing, pulsing vortex that never turns off and you can always find something that grabs your attention. Studying in London really does make the whole city, your campus. There’s knowledge and inspiration to be taken from every corner.

onveniently located near Aldgate tube station, comfortable spacious room which was surprisingly quite given the hotels location, staff were friendly and helpful, especially during breakfas, which was great value for money katy Suffolk Sep 20, 2018 Perfect for a short break 5.0 Perfect for a short break Lovely new hotel in a great location - easily accessible via 3 Tube stations and walking super easy and short to the Tower, Shoreditch, Spitalfields, Leadehall St and the City. Everything you could need for a quiet and fuss-free stay. Change of plan meant extending our stay for 2 days and while we should have checked out and checked in the staff got round this for us. Blessings and the rest of the team on reception are friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again and recommend

London is your go to for everything, from social life aspects involving cute brunch dates for catchup with friends to clubbing at night (although this is not my setting. As far as food recommendations go, I’d recommend PF Chang’s for lunch/dinner and Elan cafe for that much needed coffee date catchup (If you’re willing to withstand the wait). It is also a hub for professional development, where you’re at the core of the economy. If you’re an economics undergraduate like myself then will find many opportunities right at your doorstep with little commute. Commute in London with the TFL is the most convenient way of travel, considering the lack of parking space due to the typical hustle and bustle of London streets. It’s not a pleasant experience (especially during rush hour) where you’re paying a lot monthly to be packed like a sardine, but it does the job and takes you where you want to go.

London is the amazing for nights out, day trips and general cheap adventures! True, it can be expensive but there are so many student deals out there! A great night out is electric ballroom! But there are so many different markets and bars to explore day & night you simply can’t see it all!! Exploring brick lane is another favourite with all the vintage stores and markets... moreover the history (I know not everyone’s interested) but it really is amazing! Haunted bars and theatres... and cheap theatre tickets! There’s always something to do!

London is a buzzy town with a variety of options for places to eat, nights out, entertainment etc., making it a great area to be in on a day-to-day basis.

For things to do, place to go and people to meet - London is pretty much unbeatable. Just when you think you've discovered your favourite spot/restaurant or even area, you'll discover more. Of course, it is expensive - £4-5 for a pint in most areas, you're looking at around £500/month rent in most areas; but there is an abundance of pubs/restaurants/cafes to work in and personally, I think it's worth it. With endless theatre, museums, live music, clubs, bars pubs etc...you can never be bored. Plus, if you're savvy, it is possible to get most things pretty cheaply. Finally, unlike many cities, it is not at all a University town, so you can escape the bubble and stay after graduating without feeling either stuck in a bubble that no longer belongs to you or thrown out into a new, confusing city despite staying in the same place.

London is great for never getting bored. I think it's especially great having an opportunity to visit the many markets in the surrounding locations in London. Although supermarkets may seem like the easier option, they cant compare to meeting the merchants and learning things about your produce. This also helps to teach people on how to be more sustainable and smarter when choosing what to buy. The vast amount of restaurants and even just food stalls in London is a great source of inspiration for me to try to cook different and unexpected things at home. Definitely worth the money.

London is one of the most incredible places to be a student. With so many different options for eating out and going out, it is incredibly hard to get bored here. Even when money is short, there are plenty of free places to experience such as galleries and walks. Transport in London is also very convenient. Not only is everywhere incredibly well-connected, you rarely have to wait for more than a few minutes until the next bus or tube making it a very accessible city.
