Station is a 10 minute walk to the university, many train links to central London. Brent cross shopping centre is near for entertainment, shopping and food and not too far from Canden for a good night out.

I love London for its diversity, open mindness and opportunities. Furthemore, there is always something to do here! Museums, galleries, nightclubs, restaurants, parks. Plus, you can get food literally whenever, even at 4am in the morning! You can find everything you are looking for in this city.

What a sexy city. London has a reputation for being busy, loud and active - yes it is all of those things. However, it also has some really chill spots and hidden gems that are the best little discoveries to make. The restaurants are amazing, the shopping is outstanding and what makes it all better is the amazing transport system. You can’t get Lost on London transport, it’s all so connected. It’s a beautiful thing. If you are coming here from elsewhere in the country, you might receive a massive shock when you start hearing the prices. Yes, London is overpriced. However, there is also a lot of free fun to make around London for days when you’re skint. There are free museums, a tonne of parks and days out on the Southbank or in the West end can be nice. Also, a lot of the cheaper stuff is closer to the outskirts. I wouldn’t come to London expecting to spend all of your time in central London. Areas like New Cross are full of cheap things to do on a night out.

I love eating outside, I'm always trying to know new cultures, new food, etc. Mainly at weekends I'm going out to parks, museums, etc, without spend too much money since it's not easy to gain. Anyway, I try to live life spending the minimum possible.

Amazing city, endless food spots for every budget, so much to do from themed neon crazy golf to some of the biggest shopping centres in Europe. Eclectic nightlife from great bars to all night clubbing and day music events.

There’s so much to do in London. Even though I’ve lived here all my life, it’s really exciting when you go to places in central London. There’s so many shopping centres and there are many restaurants omg! Literally you can go out and not be bored or hungry there’s a food shop in every corner

Beautiful place, diverse community, great place for shopping and for foodies, with alot of options for vegans. Although housing could be improved in terms of quality and affordability.

London is by far the most diverse and vibrant city i have ever been. There's always something to do at night from regular pubs, to latin or Jamican music. Being late out is very safe and whether be by underground or by bus there's always a route available home. The food!! I have been able to taste a bit of everything and on affordable prices. There's so much culture and history everywhere that you can't have enough of it.

London is amazing place to visit even only for one weekend but believe me that’s not gonna be enough. There so much history to learn and see in this beautiful place. On the other hand you can have a great meal in so many restaurants that are different and nice little cute cafes everywhere around the city. The night life is the best thing that I enjoy in London, so many night clubs and bars that are perfect for party with friends.

I love England and especially London and West London because there is nature and animals all around, shopping centres everywhere, good pubs, cheerful people, good jobs and opportunities and of course the British accent and culture which I love. The food is literally from all over the world as I found my own Romanian restaurants buy in the same time I have tried all other different types of food like Spanish, Italian, Greek, Indian, Vietnamese and so on. The list is so long and I have tried them all. It is very exciting to live in London as there are different types of people and while you can work and study you feel like you are a free person and you can do everything. Love London, love England and love British accent.

Amazing nightlife, good food scene and generally clean. To improve: safety in certain areas, peak hours on transports

It is a great city and you can find and do whatever possible in other parts of the world. It is culturally diverse and you can find people from all over the world. There are variety of resturants where you can try different kinds of foods. But the transports get delayed often over here.

Of course the mecca of things to do. Perfect for a day trip of shopping and food or even an amazing night out. Shopping hots spots such as Oxford Street or Harrods defiantly should not be missed. All foods possibly imaginable are available from restaurants dedicated to cheese to others offering less common bites such as python!!! Some of the U.K's most famous clubs are on the list here with The Ministry of Sound Club never failing to deliver an excellent night out.

London is the best city in the world. Can't deny it. It's multicultural, busy, and there's never a bored moment. Fancy some culture, go down to a museum in South Kensington, they're all free! A bite to eat? Check out all of the small restaurants and cafes. A bit of quiet, head to the Wellcome library. Nights out are great, so many choices of places to go clubbing. And you can get there and back easily with the tube. London can be expensive, but you'll be fine if you're smart with your money and know how to spot a bargain. Meet people from all over the world and revel in the London culture.

London is the honesty one of the greatest places on earth for cheap student entertainment. Yep I said it, London and cheap doesn’t go together. My little secret? The dice app has the best motives and concerts and a lot of them are free!

The capital city, I mean what can I say. It has everything, and yet nothing too. The nightlife is great, if you can afford it, you pay double for what your friends pay up north, people are ‘cliquey’ and often appear not wanting to make friends. Yet you still come back, every time, because it’s the place of opportunities and success. It’s full of like minded people who are extremely ambitious and you quickly forget about the money. I would recommend London to everyone, and no one. But London will always hold a very dear place in my heart
