Everything is so nice, organized and clean. I love the atmosphere of the place and the people are great.

Really great location, on Guy's campus so great for any medics, 2 stops on the Jubilee line to Waterloo campus, and about 20 minutes on tube to Temple or a 10 minute cycle on the hire bikes that are just across the road. Also very near loads of various shops and restaurants, including a Tesco Metro, Tesco Express, and a Sainsbury's local. It's also about a minutes walk from the London Bridge tube station which is served by the night tube, Friday and Saturday night. The rooms are a decent size with lots of storage, although for some reason absolutely no drawers in any of the flat. The flats are either 3 or 4 people with a decent sized kitchen and lounge with a TV that they pay for the licensing for. 2 shared bathrooms for the flat, one with a shower and toilet, one with just a toilet. Although the issue we had with ours was one broken light that took months to fix, an oven that took 2 weeks longer to fix than we were told, and a broken door that they have never fixed. The washing machines cost £3 for a wash and do alright but the dryers that are £1.50 for a dry you'll be lucky if they ever actually come out dry.

Location's great. It's more of a flat than a student hall so there's no cleaning services for the kitchen and bathrooms which was a bit of an inconvenience if you have unclean flatmates. The staff at the desk and maintenance crew are all very friendly. Room is good and relatively new but not very warm during the winter. There's no common area where both orchard lisle and Iris brook can easily access which reduces the social experience but there are free breakfast occasions that allows you to meet the other residents.
