Such a friendly city with so much to do! Museums, galleries, restaurants, you name it! The shopping is great and right near so many other attractions and places to go! The docks are beautiful and such an important part of Liverpool's history!

It's a really busy city so there's always something to do and there's so much on offer for everyone! Even for nights out, concert square has a venue for everyone! It's one of the friendliest cities!

All clubs are in close proximity and there are plenty to choose from. There are a good variety of places to eat out; with prices that will suit all. The Disney store could be bigger.

Good city for uni life, the city centre has much to offer, great clubs for all tastes, beautiful library and many opportunities for students. People are welcoming and I generally feel safe

Beer can be very cheap, lots of great places to go if you're a student. Concert square, especially Wetherspoons is brilliant. Great atmosphere at Eintsein. Heebies is amazing on a Wednesday with live music. Overall great! Has the usual roughness of a major city but nowhere near what I was expecting!

Liverpool is a really nice city. The people are really friendly and it's easy to get around. Also hanging about the docks and the river is wonderful after a long day. It definitely lives up to being one of the best places in the UK for nightlife. The only think that could be better is the amount of places to eat and the lack of variety compared to places like Manchester where you can easily get a Turkish, Indian and Chinese etc. restaurant/takeway on every other street other than that its a lovely city and I would recommend it to people who want to live in a city that's big but tight knit.

The location of my uni is in the middle of the city centre - handy for shopping, getting lunch, and nights out! Shops near the uni are all fairly cheap, which is good for students.

Very welcoming environment! As an international student from a small American town, I felt very comfortable and accepted. It is a city with a small town feel!

Great city, alright night life and amazing for shopping and food would definitely recommend going uni in Liverpool amazing city

Bars and cafes in town are lit. Clubs, in my opinion, inc the famous LEVELS club are so so. L1 offers a lot of brands and most provides student discount. Just download Unidays apps. Groceries are cheapest at Home Bargains and Lidl.

Liverpool is a lovely friendly place. It’s a city so you have plenty of good food options great shopping right by university. As well as having the docks and stunning buildings that make it a beautiful place to be. Up north you tend to get more value for money and this has been emphasised to me regarding Liverpool by London born students. Not necessarily the best night out in England but there’s plenty of options for every body and plenty of well priced student nights every day of the week.

Location is really good as it’s close to uni but equally as close to town and train stations. Everywhere is walkable although not advisable on your own at night

Excellent city with a variety of different things to do for all types of people. There are many nightclubs for nights out and bars just to casually chill during the day. Liverpool One boasts a variety of differentl shops whatever you may need. The transport system in and out of Liverpool is excellent with bus services and train services to the surrounding area, Liverpool is definitely a city which any student could get used to.

It has the best night life, the best places for food both mainstream and quirky, great shopping in Liverpool One and also in Bold Street, and an amazing array of things to do from going to see the lambanas to walking around the docks to visiting the many musuems it has.

Liverpool is a very student orientated city; from all forms of transport, especially, to enjoying yourself on a night out is incredibly cheaper than many cities. The transport links to other city is easy so other cities are very accessible. With one of the biggest outdoor shopping centres in Europe, you can get anything and everything from high street to high end brands. Liverpool is renown for its nightlife and it surely doesn’t fail with this title however living in the city, you may get a bit bored as it can get repetitive going to the same clubs. However there’s something for every taste, concerning the nightlife. Liverpool has heavy history - the museums and historic buildings are something everyone should definitely check out; it’s worthwhile and eye opening, especially the slavery museum. The range of restaurants are incredible also! There’s a restaurant to go to whether you’re feeling Chinese or Indian, Lebanese or a big fat juicy burger! Some of the best restaurants I’ve personally been to.

Large region of shops, countless numbers of quirky bars and restaurants nearby a lively clubbing district which means everything is accessible in walking distance in the centre! The friendly atmosphere leaves students feeling safe in the city.

Good nightlife. Good shopping. Good set out, like everything is pretty close together. Everything is also decently priced.

There are so many nightclub destinations to chose from to go for a night out from Monday to Sunday every week. All of the clubs are within a short walking distance from the main Halls in the city and there’s never a need to take a taxi to get there or back. The price to get into the clubs is great also, usually £3 or less, and there are always student deals on drinks. Liverpool One is great for shopping and again is right in the city centre and within walking distance. Bold street is great for eating out and is close to concert square which is a great evening/nighttime area. There is also a cinema in Liverpool one among other attractions in the city such as the wheel and radio city tower which can be accessed for a panorama of the city.

The location of the university ofliverpool campus is great. It is 10 minutes walk from the train station an 10 minute walk to the city centre. It is in the middle of loads of accomodation buildings and is with close access to tesco, co-op and haroonfoods. They're are also many restraints close by and a 3 bars on campus. There are many bus stops nearby

Liverpool is a great place to study as a city, the campus is in perfect location, not too far from the city centre but still retains its identity. For food, Bold St is the number one location, with loads of independent places on offer. Not far from here, concert square offers every type of night out you could wish for.
