Good location but Students in Marybone really like partying! Decent size rooms but washing facilities are poor

Location is good, however very noisy and not a nice place to live due to dated rooms. In terms of partying it is the best place to be.

Marybone is in a great location, short walk to university and into town. The en suite was immaculate and it was great to have a 3/4 bed rather than a single. Its also beneficial having space to park and being on one of the higher floors made it much better for views and natural lightinv. However the social space wasn't very big for everyone in the flat and the laundrette was overpriced.

Staff are really helpful and friendly, great location, lift broke a while back took a lifetime for it to get fixed but other than that no faults with the rooms or facilities, people living here are OK quite cliquey and a few older students who don't talk to any of us so the vibe in the accommodation isn't great but the room is really nice and cozy

If you're on a low budget then I'd recommend Marybone 2. The room is reasonably sized with a double bed, a bit of storage and an ensuite. My shower was broken but they fitted a new one when I complained. Kitchen is okay but fridge is awful as it's tiny, smaller than a family fridge, for 6 people.

Marybone 2 is ideal if you're on a small budget. You get a reasonable sized room with a double bed and an ensuite. My shower was broken when I moved in so I reported it and was fitted a new shower within a couple of days. The kitchen is quite big but there is no table. Absolutely awful fridge, we have one small fridge between 6 of us, this includes the freezer, I can't buy enough food for myself as it won't fit in the freezer. Social side isn't very good, I think some people aren't enjoying it but I'm living with people that aren't like me at all, and there's not really any opportunity to meet other people in the accommodation.

Flat was not as shown on open day, not a good standard for living. Good location. Good facilities including a gym which is open til late. Rooms are small and weren't clean when arrived.

The facilities are all up to standard and work well. The on site team are very helpful with all of the inquiries or questions you have and help you where it is needed. One of the down falls is the lack of storage in the rooms for clothes and such. I think that an extra fridge would really benefit the kitchens, especially when 6 people are sharing a flat.

Location is perfect, gym is very good considering the size. Cleaners are very good. Rooms are very crampt, showers are too small, walls as carpets are grubby, heaters smell and don’t even make a difference to room temperature. Need more of a choice of who you live with - for example a questionnaire to filter simulate people and put them together.

Location is great for uni and its only a fiver to get into town. On the other hand the rooms are freezing (i had to buy a fan heater). The kitchens are poor with a small frige freezer to share between 6 or more people. The paint in the bathroom is flaking off and the soap tray was hanging out of the wall. Save your money and stay in a premier inn.
