Crown Place

Crown place is perfect for first year students! Great location being on campus with a maximum 10 minute walk to any lecture theatre and a 15/20 minute walk to the city centre. All the rooms are clean and modern with great facilities and an en-suite.

Perfect location right on campus, 5 minute walks to lectures. 15 minute walk into town where all clubs and shopping centre is. Well looked after and maintained by lovely staff.

Crown Place was a good place to stay in first year. Amazing location on campus, close to all lectures. The accomodation itself is really nice and modern. The bedrooms have a lot of storage space. Maintenance will fix faults very quickly. It was also reassuring to have 24 hour security. RAs definitely aren't as strict as people say on the no noise after 11 rule - it would have to be really late and really excessive.

Personally I found Crown Place to be the perfect mix of social and private. The flats are clean and modern and the living spaces are great areas to socialise (I loved my flatmates) but your own room was a nice getaway if you want some alone time or study time. It was very useful to have cleaners and bin men- you do not realise until you go on to second year. Having an en-suite is a luxury and they are really clean and easy to keep that way. The halls also has a committe that do loads of great free events like film nights with free food, or pres with free vodka slushies and glitter stalls (a particular favourite of mine). The only slight downside is that people (plumbers, residential advisors, cleaners) will just walk in, so when you're in th kitchen making breakfast, be ready to socialise or make your escape!

Loud courtyard got for socialising not so good for sleeping. En suites are a blessing to the world.

Amazing location; could be at at a lecture in 5 minutes. Really well furnished with adequate wardrobe and drawer space. Desk was also suitable. They also held good social events to meet other people too. Green spaces around felt nice to walk around.

I have only lived in crown Place for 6 weeks but I absolutely love it! I was worried about not feeling at home but I couldn't be more wrong, my room is so spacious and yet still homely. There is a fantastic amount of storage space in my room, my work area is a great space and my ensuite bathroom is superb. The cleainless and maintenance of crown Place is second to none with frequent visits from the lovely cleaners here to help. The allocation is amazing and so central to everything - both uni lecture and study areas and the city centre for leisure.

Great place to be at uni. Halls were good but studio rooms don't have a shared kitchen so was a bit isolated. Was expensive but rooms were immaculate.

Location is perfect. Very close to teaching buildings and city centre Facilities are good. 24 hour reception with pool and ping pong tables Room and social area are both modern. Nice to have an en suite

I had a great first year experience at Crown place! Great location, modern and fresh rooms and well equipped kitchens - I also met friends for life!

The location is brilliant, it is in the centre of campus, and is only a 15 minute walk from the town centre, and from Liverpool Lime Street Station. The room is spacious with lots of storage, and the kitchen is very nice with a large sitting area for socialising. Crown Place puts on social events at Christmas, Easter and Halloween, and puts on a ball during freshers week.

Absolutely fabulous. Has everything you could ever need from a student halls. Would definitely recommended.

Brilliant location ,very close to town able to walk home after a night out. Excellent room facilities , noise proof and 3/4 beds. Very clean and warming on arrival with great staff on reception.

Best accommodation at the uni. Great facilities really good quality kitchen and bedrooms are all lovely and modern. Pro of also having a tv in the lounge. Social experience is great. These halls are for people who enjoy going out and have flat sizes up to 8 people. Also perfect location on campus everything is maximum 10 minute walk away to uni and you can walk to town within 15/20 minutes.

The location is perfect as it’s near the students union, sport centre and all other campus buildings. Comfy, spacious bedrooms and great en-suite. Social experience has also been amazing - definitely would recommend

The location of crown place is perfect, I'm never more than a 5 Minute walk from my lectures. I live in a studio room on a normal corridor so I get the best of both living independently (having own kitchen) as well being able to access my corridors community space to socialise. Facilites are in working order most of the time (those damn washing machines keep stealing my money!) But overall an amazing experience.

Crown place has been amazing so far! It's in a perfect location, never more than 5 minutes away from any Lectures. I've made some great friends with my flat mates. And the facilities are great, most of the time (those pesky washing machines keep stealing my money!).

Very sociable place. Made lots of new friends and the staff is nice too. The distance to uni is less than 5 minutes and the main city centre is 15 mins away.

Very modern and clean, the social experience is great. You get to meet lots of new people and enjoy nights out. It’s quiet during exams so there’s not distractions. It’s round the corner from the library and campus

The location of crown is great only 10 mins from town and the buildings are new. Socially it is what you make of it so if you make the effort you'll have a good time but it needs to come from you

The room is perfect, spacious and clean with loads of fun social experiences set up by the residential advisors. I have met loads of new people here as it is very easy to make friends as the halls are set out nicely. Doing this for the free condoms because as I’ve mentioned, I have met a lot of new people ????

I loved Crown Place, I don't think anywhere else that I live will match up to the standard of facilities that they have. Everything is so new and modern. The cleaners visit three times a week and someone is employed to take out your bins. They held regular free events in the common room which I really enjoyed going to. I think the best part for me was being in the centre of campus, it was a real luxury to only have to walk five minutes to my lectures. I do miss living there.
