Brayford Quay

I have the super deluxe en suite room and it is very nice. Very spacious, and bathroom is also good.

The location is perfect, 10 minutes walk from The University of Lincoln and 5 minutes walk from the city centre shops and restaurants ! The security on site are fantastic also, which is a huge bonus, especially being a first year student. Excellent value for money, and the number of people sharing a flat isn't too large either.

Brayford Quay has been such a good accommodation for my first year. The rooms are all fairly large in comparison to other accommodations and have en-suites making it a great value for money. Any maintenance problems get fixed very easily. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Would recommend to everyone.

everything is very modern, new and clean. Get having a cleaner once a week. The reception staff are lovely and the security are great.

Good social experience in these ballad and good facilities. Room was pleasant and a good location close to town and shops.

Really nice accommodation. Cleaned each week. Lovely staff who made you feel welcome and safe. A great place to spend your first year at university as they cater for everyone’s needs. Organised regular events/parties for residents to be invovoled in and a chance to meet people. There were a few maintenance issues but they didn’t take long to be sorted.

It’s okay! The staff are lovely the rooms are amazing. However it’s very strict. People come and tell you off before 11 if you have loud music etc! I feel like I’m back at boarding school. Oh and some of the people are really horrible (students) and the staff seem to favourtize

Brilliant accommodation at a great location along the waterfront with an amazing team supporting students in the office. The accommodation has a common room and a gym which make for brilliant social spaces and they regularly organise events for the residents.

Rooms are a decent size with nice on suite, kitchen are wonderful and good size. Common room is availed 24/7 and is good for throwing pres if you don't want to hold it in your own flat. Staff are lovely and ever so friendly, they deal with any problems you have asap

Fantastic staff. Any maintenance issues are always dealt with promptly. When the halls flooded the issue was dealt woth promptly and students were always kept in the loop. I had gone home after the flood and was contacted by the staff to ensure I was okay and to keep me updated with the situation.
