The Grange is an average student accommodation. There is nothing significantly amazing about it but it does it job. The rooms tend to be a fairly decent size with just enough room that a student may need. The corridors of the Grange are pretty plain, and often have marks on them from people who have come in drunk sometimes. Other unite students accommodations here like Newarke Point have a really cool reception with a really social atmosphere, where the Grange lacks that sort of thing. The WiFi is often really slow unless you use an Ethernet cable in which it is brilliant then! I have enjoyed my time at the Grange for my first year of university, but wouldn’t recommend it for price. It is around £125 a week including bills but feel that there are other places like the glassworks that are much nicer. Also, it costs a lot to do a wash which is really annoying. One single load could cost up to about a fiver to wash and dry.

The Grange is a great place to live for first years mainly. The flats are reasonably sized along with the rooms. Its close to both uni and the city centre. Only downsides is that it is situated near the hospital so you hear a lot of sirens but also above a pub which is not ideal with noise but liveable

Really close to uni which is great! And the rooms are en suite recently renovated and perfect if you have 5 mates you wanna live with.
