Really close to the university and has very nice rooms. However not that sociable and quite international. This is a shame as it does have potential to be really good but falls a bit flat.

Highly recommend this accomodation. Rooms are in great condition, as is the kitchen and any queries / issues are always dealth with quickly. Any issuesin your room and an engineer usually promptly comes within a day or two. Location is alright, only a 15 minute to the university, only downside is half of it is uphill but bit of cardio isn't that bad. Not much round the area except from a few corner shops however a short walk to Hyde Park which is great in summer.

All the staff are lovely and helpful apart from the manager who seems like she's in a mood all the time. Maintainance requests delivered swiftly. Nice standard rooms w ensuite and double bed. Not the best view around. Common room is decent w pool table and table tennis (although the grips were missing from the bats already at the beginning of freshers). Good facilities and 15-20 min walk to uni but not the most social halls.

Good facilities including a free onsite gym. Washing machines are ok but some don’t work too well. One negative is this halls hardly hosts anything social compared to the others. Huge hill to uni.

Good location although not in central Leeds so be prepared to pay a lot for taxis to and from your friends' accommodations and from nights out. Good value for money with ensuite rooms costing £112 a week which is cheap compared to some of the other, less modern, accommodations. Not the most social accommodation which is a shame because if you don't get on with your housemates, you may have to really put yourself out there in order to make good friends (as I did).

really nice flats and great value for money but incredibly unsociable which makes it really hard to meet people and the surrounding area is pretty dodgy, lots of muggings so not safe to go out after dark alone!

The rooms are really big and spacious. I really loved that I had an en-suite for such a cheap price compared to some of my friends who had the same (if not smaller) room size and en-suite for a much higher price. The only thing is the location - though it's close to the university, you have to walk up a tiring hill. By the time you're at the uni, you're quite out of breath. However, you do get used to this.

great value for money, but not in the best area (a few muggings in the park nearby which you have to walk through to get to uni) and very unsociable

The facilities of the study room and common room are excellent; they have been newly refurbished and are better than you can find in most university facilities. However the gym that is provided is very sufficient for the basics of a gym-goer, but for someone like me who weight trains in the gym it does not provide enough equipment for that. The location is very close to the university ( a 12-15 minute walk) and the accommodation isn’t too noisy

The rooms are unreal and really like them, love having a double bed and ensuite. Location is good, not too far and definitely not as far as a lot of other halls but the walk is quite uphill (15 mins) although you get used to it quite quickly. Annoying having to pay for laundry and it does start to add up, I know in a few halls it's free. The social and study area is good however I felt there wasn't enough social activities for the residents, in the first few weeks every accomodation kept having socials, drink-making socials, food socials, etc etc and we have had one hog roast on a rainy day over the space of 4 hours, so people came and went and because it was so spread out at any one time there wasn't very many people there, so never really got to meet other residents. One social thing that's good though is that if you're having pres or a flat party, they don't really get shut down, at other halls after 11 you have to be quiet but we never had that problem except once at 12:30 on a Monday night when we were being very loud and asked to be quiet.

The facilities are very good, with there being an onsite gym, large bedrooms and a good set up for socialising. However I was not made aware that there was a warden on site in the first few weeks and when I lost my key I was not able to get into my room. Also they could implement some recycling bins in the kitchens as they have facilities for recycling in the larger garbage room.
