Awful. Staff are so rude, my room was falling down, ceiling leaking and water dripping down all my walls. Window leaking. My floor was wetter than outside. Catering was awful and many a time i would just cook myself. Chose catered to make sure if i ran out of money i would still be able to eat.

Location was good and out of the way, bus service provided so had full access to uni which was brilliant. Halls themselves a little run down but not bad, food was not of a high standard. Long time to wait for maintenance to be done but was completed eventually

Incredibly social halls of residence, with a real community feel. The blocks consist of around 22 rooms but are open plan therefore you’re not restricted to living with people on your floor. The Lawns bar is good for a cheap drink and the food in the canteen was pretty good.

the location was great, encouraging people to be sociable purely based on the setting alone. very well kept grounds, and a friendly bar on sight

Location is good, near local shops so good for food shops. Bedroom nice size, good storage spaces. Bathrooms and kitchens both nice with enough space to keep personal items. Good to have cleaners to keep communal areas tidy. Lawns centre good social space, food for meal times was really yummy amd good that you could use your meal credits at uni too, in case you were late for dinner! Wifi, decent connection speeds, better than expected for university halls

Good value for money and the free bus pass is awesome. However, it feels as if you have little independence and everything is just fairly mediocre.

I like that the location is close enough to the village, so I can get the weekly shopping done easily, but the laundry room isn't great, and neither is the wifi
