Very small town with nothing to do, streets are very dirty no matter the weather, worst when raining

If you're looking for a buzzing nightlife and cool city to live in, look elsewhere. Not so much of a city as a town, with what seems to be 5 identical and equally sub-par clubs. Some seem to enjoy it but honestly wouldn't recommend to anyone I know.
