- Good location, within walking distance to the city centre, George Sqaure campus and King's buildings - Cleaning staff are friendly and do a great job - Food is quite bland but understandably as they're catering for a mass of people - Rooms are nicely sized with plenty of desk space for studying - Internet always cuts out, especially when streaming - Heating hours restrictions are annoying but wrapping up warm in your room makes them less of a nuisance

Location not ideal as it was far out from central. Facilities were decent, although washing machines could be better (only 3 for the whole building). The building itself was quite sociable. Didn't like not being able to cook for myself when I wanted to, but equally appreciated not having to cook for myself.

The location was a bit out of town, however the view of Arthur’s seat is very nice. The food is actually very good with a good selection.

Halls are a great place to meet people. Facilities are well maintained and one has plenty of space. Shared bathrooms between 17 people and each room has a sink/desk and wardrobe. Plenty of halls within Pollock to choose from - Baird is great.
