Since you used to choose people by a description to put together and decided to stick all the shy ones in the same building it was nearly impossible to make friends. Plus we had to walk up and down a hill every meal time and they don't warn you about that on open days

For the main building in the college, quite expensive (as for the whole college and uni), but good (if old) rooms, and very beautiful area - except the tennis courts, which look like a mild breeze could tear them down and give the whole thing a very depressing feel. Apparently there's also a "ghetto" block (in the same college but not the main building) which has much worse rooms, and there was one block that had wifi outages (possibly the same blovk. Friendly cleaners, porters and receptionists. Also, Hild bede is really far from the science site (20+ minute walk on a good day.

Showers are good, people can be noisy, room is nice, but there were black mold problems at the start of term altho they were fixed pretty fast when reported.

My room was close to lectures and the college has great grounds. There are so many students so it's easy to find your people.
