Belmont Tower is situated in a very good location - right in the middle of campus. This is really handy as anywhere you need to go, whether it be the Union, your lectures or other halls, it's all about 5 minute walk away. The city centre itself is only about 10 minutes walking - including the train station and all. So the location can not be faulted. The flats are well done - the rooms are spacious and accommodate anything you would need to bring for your first year of uni. The bathroom is really good and again there are hardly any problems. The kitchen in the flat is big and there are no issues cooking and eating as a flat - the biggest flaw is that there is no lounge area in comparison to other student halls. The tower has a large kitchen and dining table where as other halls such as heathfield or seabraes have a kitchen, a bit to sit and eat as well as a sofa area with a table and space for a TV etc. This area is known as working well for hosting other people and getting to know your flat a little better and more easily. The tower lacks this but that's its only real flaw.

Average soace and good facilities but the heating never works , the showers are always cold and the wifi is rubbish so its always quite hard to do work. For the price your paying at 605 pounds a month when I only get 475 from student loans its hard to be able to afford this and half the time thing dont work. Needs work done.

It’s a fantastic student halls. The university put me in with the right people and it made it so much easier to be away from home.

Fab presentation, rooms are huge and there's plenty room for everything. Kitchen has enough room for everyone to cook at once and enough room for flat parties of 25+ people.

Fantastic presentation, rooms are big for the price, internet is fast, fittings are sound and the kitchen is large enough for everyone to cook at the same time, and flat parties of course

Fantastic presentation, rooms are big for the price, and although it's more then the student loan it's well worth it. Kitchen has enough room for everyone in the flat at once and flat parties, everyone I know is happy living here.

Rooms were spacious, however kitchen/living room space was very cramped, everything was in great need of being modernised. Also, very pricey for what you were getting compared to private let’s, in terms of quality you would be much better going private if it wasn’t for the fact socially only weirdos rent themselves privately
