Nice cafes and small food places. Some good shops and a clean environment. Could potentially do with some more clothes shops like urban outfitters or something like that however does have good skate shops and crew etc...

The food is good in town and it's a nice area!! The lakes are lovely and a great day out as well. Buses can be a struggle but other than that it's a great place to be!

Cirencester has a beautiful quaint town centre with many shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. St John's Church sits in the heart of the town, surrounded by the Abbey Grounds park. Cirencester's shopping includes high street and designer stores, and is perfect for picking up something unique. I can recommend the Cornish pasty shop for some lunch, and then HeSaysSheWaffles Waffle House for desert and a milkshake. Cirencester has many traditional pubs, perfect for cosy nights.

Food is Cirencester is really nice. Nice places to eat are The Fleece, the Kings Head Hotel, as well as the Thai Emerald, Stoneys burgers, Cotes Brasserie, Cornish Pasty... There is a restaurant to fit any of your taste and the spare money you have for a meal out. The atmosphere in the town centre is of a traditional picturesque English town, which suits the restaurants available as well as the shopping experience you would expect.

Overall: lovely and quaint Food: good variety of fast food, nice restaurants, cafes, independent stores and supermarkets Nightlife: not great but not terrible Things to do: minimal Sweet history as Corinium was the largest town in Roman Britain - but entrance to the museum is a little expensive The walk through Bathurst Park is gorgeous!!
