Sumner House

Broken window in my room which no one wants to fix, Wifi seriously poor and doesnt work most of the time. I have tried to report both issues without sucess. NO ONE is interested in the problems.

Really nice rooms!! Feels very safe with multiple key card layer of security. 5 minutes away from uni but is handy for going to town so a really good location!!

Location is quite good. Facilities aren't great, there is no communal area and you have to walk down for meals because we are catered. There needs to be more accommodation as most people in Sumner did not wnat to be catered. The room is not bad, quite spacious however there needs to be new carpet. We also have to move everything out of our rooms at Easter which is just an inconvenience.

It's a little run down for the price. The windows don't seel so the traffic noise is terrible. And there is no where for students to sit there is no communal area. However the security is excellent.

Brilliant location, lovely rooms, full catered and the food is fairly average however the halls make up for it.
