Impressive look from outside, 2 mins from parkgate campus, 5 mins from town, good bus links. inside however, old needs remodeling, paint chipped and house is constantly hot. Rooms are all a good big size although single beds, mixture of ensuite rooms and three bathrooms to share. Weekday lunch and dinner food included although this food is cheap and plain, meals repeated and not much choice! House is shared between 8 all single sex.

The house is impressive to look at on the outside and a good location, 2 mins away from parkgate campus and 5 mins away from town with good bus stop links. However inside, is old and needs updating, house was constantly hot and messed with ability to tell temperature accurately and made a few flatmates ill. Three residents moved out within the first term. Weekday lunch and dinner meals are included in the price, which sounds appealing however are at awkward times, cheap and plain food and a waste of money. Bedrooms are a mix as some come with ensuites but otherwise there was three bathrooms to share among those living there and a cleaner every monday. All rooms are a good size, and there is a very small but fenced and private patio/garden. All in all, if you fine if you are willing to put up with chipped paint, being constantly too warm and bad food!
