Being based In basically the centre of town was great for shopping, buying food and socialising. About 30/35 minutes away from uni( oxstalls campus) the Upper Quay halls have the biggest/close second biggest rooms of all the Halls in Gloucester with an en-suite and shared kitchen big enough to have 2/3 cook at any one time. A lot of students across different years and courses stay there and it’s a great laugh! Also on the 94u bus route on the Wednesday night late bus.

Located right next to the city centre useful for shopping and transport links. Secure safe accommodation that can be accessed only by residents. Facilities pretty poor, not enough for the amount of people living there i.e. not adequate cooking facilities for the amount of people in one flat. Only one cooker and a small fridge freezer to be used by six people. Good for social experience as meet new people, however be prepared to be woken up most nights by noise.

Great location, right in town yet not too far of a walk to the oxstalls university campus. About a five to ten minute walk from gloucester’s main night life attraction, ATIK. Nearest bus stop would be the one in town, 5 minute walk for when you need to get somewhere quickly.

Was in the centre of town so perfect for local amenities and getting home from nights out. Overall good facility and had all utilities available

Its in a good location in the centre of town and close to the quays, however, its about a 30 minute walk to the university campus. The rooms are large, however the shower is quite small.

Nice rooms, great size and great bathroom size. Much bigger than other halls visited at other universities. Loads of people living there makes it so easy to make friends as a fresher.
