Cambridge

It is a nice atmosphere for studying however the life in Cambridge is a bit boring as most of the places close around 6 pm.

Cambridge is a really nice and beautiful city. It is small, but it has a nice night life due to the universities in the city which are the University of Cambridge and the Anglia Ruskin University. There are 4/5 night club with nice music. Loads of bars that stay open till late during the weekend. Nice shopping and good transport.

Great city for students. Very transport friendly with almost everything in walking distance. Blue U buses that go around the city are only £1 for students when you show your Student ID. Lots to do to keep entertained and so many shops, restaurants and businesses that there are loads of part time job opportunities. A great city in the summer with the river Cam available for punting and more.

It's a small town feel with a student bubble. Lots of tourists, especially in the summer and at weekends.Lots of libraries for students and plenty of student theatre, art exhibitions, etc.

There are lots of really great things about the centre of Cambridge! All the chain restaurants have an outlet there and there are even restaurants that you rarely see outside of london like Itsu, Wasabi and Franco Manca. The college bars mean that there is always a cheap place to get a drink. However, there are two major downsides - (1) The clubs are pretty rubbish compared to other student towns and (2) there are no good affordable supermarkets in the centre of town (where most accommodation is).

Very small town. Good for shopping. Going out is a bit rubbish, not many choices. Has a great student vibe though. It would be better if it was cheaper seeing as it’s mostly a student town, drinks prices and entry is pretty pricey, similar to London. Other than that it’s a lovely place, beautiful buildings and places to visit including the cathedral and colleges.

Cambridge is a beautiful city which is well worth a visit and a great place to go to university. The city centre is small so it is easy to walk around and visit the old colleges, go shopping in the grand arcade and choose from a array of food options. If it is a sunny day go for a punt down the river Cam. Favourite food places include The Old Bicycle shop, Fitzbillies for their amazing Chelsea buns and Hot Numbers Coffee Shop. Mill Road a walk from the centre has some great Asian restaurants and a North African restaurant called Bedouin which makes amazing tagines. There are lots of bars to go to in the evening including Novo which makes great cocktails. The clubbing scene is not amazing though with only really 3 proper clubs and quite cheesy music. It is fun for a laugh with your friends though. Cambridge isnt the cheapest town either. Overall, its a great city with lots to see and do.

Fun, cute city that's great for day trips and families! However, certain colleges and landmarks may not be the most wheelchair accessible.

Cambridge is a small city but everything you need is packed into the city centre. From the central colleges, loads of amazing restaurants, shops and pubs are within walking distance. The nights out aren't the best ever- the clubs are quite small, but there's something for every music taste. Glitterbomb, the LGBTQ weekly club night at Vinyl is a real highlight. All in all, it's an exciting place to be which also feels really safe.

The nightlife and shopping scenery is very lively and busy. There's a wide range of shops and restaurants from all around the globe catering for the multicultural lifestyle.

Best place ever it has the nicest river with the friendliest people and there are so many diverse and wonderful cultures in all parts of the city . The cows are very friendly which is a very important aspect to consider when looking to relocate or visit for university. I miss the cows very much so

5 clubs, all decent sized. All different vibes and decor. Lola's is beach themes with a light up floor, ballare a classic hip hop club with huge smoking area. Fez looks as if its underground in a sand dune but you go up stairs. Vinyl the newest cheesy music type. Cambridge junction also deserves a dirrrrty mention, love that place

Cambridge is a very nice town for student to live in. Most shops are within walking if not cycling distance away. The town is small and not too busy but has a lot to offer with a lot of food stalls near market square, restaurants and malls like Grafton and Grand Arcade. There are also a lot of activities to do ranging from punting to visiting some of the university's old colleges like St John college, Trinity college and King's college. The experience is the best if you have friends who are studying at the University as that will make access to the colleges much easier and free! Certain colleges even provide their students with free punt, so definitely let your friends who are studying in Cambridge know if you are visiting!

Good for a day of drinking with some nice indipendant eatery's. Busy, lively, buzzy atmosphere! Punting is lovely in the summer!

great city for a day out, night life isn't always the best depending where you go but can still be great loads of places to eat and shop with either friends family or a date

Great city full of great stuff had a great experience although after a while some people started to grate on me there. The whole nightlife is great and we all really had one of the greatest nights out in a great amount of time. Overall the experience was in one word good

Brilliant food scene and I love the market .However the tourism and how busy it can can get limits the enjoyment one can have in Cambridge

Cambridge is vibrate small town, where you will get to know you're surround very quickly. You will learn how to mange your finances because it is quick an expensive, especially when it come to transport, say goodbye to Uber pool because there is non here. Everything is in walking distance and cycling Is the best mode of transport, but don't be fooled there is something called bike traffic...

A compact university town with beautiful architecture and much greenery in the town centre to hang out and play sport. Very cycle friendly, but driving by car is a nightmare at peak hours.

Lovely city, great for punting has lots of punting companies that you can use and you can either punt yourself or get someone to do it for you. Lots of shops. The Grafton centre has lots and there's a big primark near the green. Or there's the newer High street shops that you can go too in the more centre of town. There's a train station that is easily accessible and also a bus station, which has park and ride facilities. It is also a great night out and has lots of pubs and clubs.

Cambridge is a very aesthetic town. Small and cozy, so you get to know it well quite quickly. There's a good variety of things to do and eat in town. The public transport is rather sporadic. Things also slightly expensive not as expensive as London but nonetheless quite expensive. However entertainment wise there are many things to do especially tourist activities and various bucket list things to do in Cambridge. Overall a very pleasant town to be in.

The food has great variety and the night life is enjoyable; there's a lot to choose from in regards to clubs and bars. The general feel of the area is safe and welcoming, the people there are friendly and the prices at various different shops is affordable and cheap.

Amazing architecture, a real sense of history. Beautiful city to study and to work part time. Never get bored of walking through the gardens at Clare college to my study facility in the old rooms
