Cambridge is a really nice and beautiful city. It is small, but it has a nice night life due to the universities in the city which are the University of Cambridge and the Anglia Ruskin University. There are 4/5 night club with nice music. Loads of bars that stay open till late during the weekend. Nice shopping and good transport.

Great city for students. Very transport friendly with almost everything in walking distance. Blue U buses that go around the city are only £1 for students when you show your Student ID. Lots to do to keep entertained and so many shops, restaurants and businesses that there are loads of part time job opportunities. A great city in the summer with the river Cam available for punting and more.

Fun, cute city that's great for day trips and families! However, certain colleges and landmarks may not be the most wheelchair accessible.

Best place ever it has the nicest river with the friendliest people and there are so many diverse and wonderful cultures in all parts of the city . The cows are very friendly which is a very important aspect to consider when looking to relocate or visit for university. I miss the cows very much so

5 clubs, all decent sized. All different vibes and decor. Lola's is beach themes with a light up floor, ballare a classic hip hop club with huge smoking area. Fez looks as if its underground in a sand dune but you go up stairs. Vinyl the newest cheesy music type. Cambridge junction also deserves a dirrrrty mention, love that place

great city for a day out, night life isn't always the best depending where you go but can still be great loads of places to eat and shop with either friends family or a date

Great city full of great stuff had a great experience although after a while some people started to grate on me there. The whole nightlife is great and we all really had one of the greatest nights out in a great amount of time. Overall the experience was in one word good

Brilliant food scene and I love the market .However the tourism and how busy it can can get limits the enjoyment one can have in Cambridge

A compact university town with beautiful architecture and much greenery in the town centre to hang out and play sport. Very cycle friendly, but driving by car is a nightmare at peak hours.

Lovely city, great for punting has lots of punting companies that you can use and you can either punt yourself or get someone to do it for you. Lots of shops. The Grafton centre has lots and there's a big primark near the green. Or there's the newer High street shops that you can go too in the more centre of town. There's a train station that is easily accessible and also a bus station, which has park and ride facilities. It is also a great night out and has lots of pubs and clubs.

Cambridge is a very aesthetic town. Small and cozy, so you get to know it well quite quickly. There's a good variety of things to do and eat in town. The public transport is rather sporadic. Things also slightly expensive not as expensive as London but nonetheless quite expensive. However entertainment wise there are many things to do especially tourist activities and various bucket list things to do in Cambridge. Overall a very pleasant town to be in.

Amazing architecture, a real sense of history. Beautiful city to study and to work part time. Never get bored of walking through the gardens at Clare college to my study facility in the old rooms

Cambridge is a very beautiful city very culture diverse I honestly love it. There's plenty of multicultural resturant's which are great for meeting up with friends and hanging out there's plenty of nightclubs around which always have great events on m. Transportation in Cambridge is amazing there always a bus every 10 mins or so. The only down side to this beautiful city I would say is how expensive it is to live in Cambridge price of housing is absolutely astonishing it's so expensive it unreal apart from that I love this city

Cambridge is a great city full of shops and restaurants. It's full of little cafes serving amazing brunches - the best is Fitzbillies. All the old colleges in the centre of town are also worth visiting.

While incredibly expensive, Cambridge truly is a fantastic place to live and study, be that at ARU or one of the world-renowned colleges of Cambridge University itself. Cambridge may not have the greatest nightlife or shopping experience of any student town (although it not bad by any measure), but it is a beautiful place and has a lovely atmosphere with tonnes of great pubs, bars and restaurants. Cambridge is very cosmopolitan and you get to meet some amazing people from all over the world. The city has loads of wonderful little quirks and there truly is nowhere quite like it!

Some fantastic places to shop, an ambient and lovely market square complete with an ever-changing daily market, friendly and kindly locals too. Very picturesque and beautiful to walk around. Some delightful places to eat, including food stands and vans-a particular favourite is the crepe van!-and a range of restaurants to choose from, chains and individual!

I have absolutely loved doing my MPhil in Cambridge -- so much so that I've decided to stay another four years! It's a big enough town such that there is plenty to do outside of the university itself, but small enough that it still feels like a close-knit community. Also, its proximity to London means you can easily spend nights or weekends in the city. The only downside is the very high cost of living, especially when it comes to housing costs.

Food is amazing. For vegetarian people there is a variety of food you can try. Night life ends fast so don't like it so much. Shopping closes really soon every day so in the afternoon it is hard to find something to do besides bowling or going to the cinema.

The location of my university is in a perfect location! Easy to get to from where I live, right in the centre of the city! Bars, shops and beautiful fields are less than a 5 min walk! Easy to get to the bus station and train station so if I need to go home or to placement, it’s as simple as strolling in the sun!

So beautiful and picturesque, especially in the summer or snow. No filter needed to make this place look stunning!
