St Michael's Hill

Location is amazing, and that is where the positives end. The house is falling apart and maintence a glacially slow at fixing anything - it took over a month and a half to get a major roof leak temporarily repaired. The house is very cold over the winter and the upper floors are boiling in the summer months.
