New Bridewell is not a very social hall and there have also been various problems. On multiple occasions students have been left without hot and cold water. The halls are in a good location in the town however not near too many clubs.

Very clean and new. All the rooms are of a good size with a modern en-suite. Social spaces have a lot to do and are large. Reception is helpful with any problems and questions.

The facilities are top notch, and the security guard Dave is an absolute babe. But after fresher's week this halls makes little effort to form a community of students, and it quickly became a bit if a social dead zone until midway through second term The rooms are quite nice, mine was abnormally large, with good bathrooms and shower but dusty. Motion sensor bright lights, and the same carpet and wallpaper on every floor and wall in the entire 14 floor complex leaves it without any character at all.

Lovely location, very good facilities, extremely clean but some staff members are quite rude (whilst others are lovely) and social life is slightly disappointing sometimes! But great place to spend first year overall!

Amazing location and really lovely facilities. Kitchen’s are really lovely and spacious. Each room has an ensuite but some rooms are very small, big enough to live with but smaller than other residence. They are payed out really well, but they are just expensive for the size of the rooms. Staff are very friendly and security are amazing, but they are a bit over the top with the measures they take and how strict they are. We should have a bit more freedom. Met amazing people but it took a long time as you aren’t even allowed your flat door open or security comes round, and if you’re having pres it gets shut down at 23:00/23:30 which is fustrating. Overall very happy I lived in this halls, the university is only on average a 10-15 minute walk (Christmas steps will kill you though!)

The location of New Bridewell is it's best feature, all the amenities of a city centre but you can walk to university in just over 10 minutes. As it is only 2 years old the bathrooms and bedrooms feel modern, however some of the kitchen appliances are irritating like the hob that can only be switched on for 15 minutes. I like that it is arranged in smaller flats than many halls but personally I have not formed a close relationship with any of my flatmates, I'm pretty sure they ignored the essay they made us write to place us with flatmates. The wifi is fast, it goes down occasionally but not for long

The accomodation is in a great location. Right in the centre of the city. Easy access to everything. The rooms are big enough and private. Kitchens are nice and easy to use. The jobs are a bit annoying to use because they turn off every five minutes. It is less social but not enough to be willing to live in Stoke bishop as it's in the middle of nowhere.

Crazy atmosphere with really nice staff. Sometimes a bit quiet in terms of going out .

The en-suite and studio rooms are pretty. I have been staying here for 2 years and is going to do so for future years. The only downside is no matter which room type you have chosen, you don't have your own washing machine.

Very good accommodation with friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and well set out. Location in city centre is extremely handy with it being only a three minute walk from food shops and about fifteen minutes from the university.
