IQ - Broderick House

The first point I will make is the location of the accommodation. A 30 min walk to campus down the canal or a short train ride, which however adds up over the course of the year. It is not perfect, but for other aspects of university life, such at nightlife, it is great. A minute walk from Broad Street means you're never short of options at the last minute and you don't need to fork out for those overpriced cabs. If clubbing isn't your thing, iQ is also in a very good location for your everyday needs such as supermarket shopping and it's so close to the city centre and New Street Station, which gives you plenty of excelled transport links.

The facilities are brilliant, good value for money for a nice Ensuite room. It is a little far from the university however it is close to five ways station and the city centre, so prime location for nightlife. Staff were all really nice and friendly, problems sorted out quickly and lots of fun events were organised!
