Belfast

Belfast has a good selectiion of clubs with cheap entries and drinks. Theres a lot of great places to eat including smaller businesses, shopping is okay but more centres could have more shops. Alot of things to do for cheap prices.

good variety of shops, restaurants and bars, however nightclubs are limited with only a number of them having cheapish nights. not a wide range of music in them either, mostly pop with the odd techno.

The shopping is good, the nightlife is rubbish and all bars are the same, there are a lot of nice restaurants, rent is expensive

Traffic is pretty bad so travel is too. Nights out are decent when you know where to go and when the student nights are (for cheaper drink). There aren't as many things to do in Belfast City Centre anymore which is dissapointing, it would be cool if they opened up better attractions all year round instead of just the christmas market over the christmas period. Overall, a decent wee city but coudl try harder.

Cheap location for cost of living. Up and coming nightlife scene with varied places. Lots of cafes and restaurants and bars. Student friendly. Transport system within city very poor but it’s so small you can walk almost everywhere.

The location of the university is quite good, since there are 4 campus, and depend on the modules to assign the campus. And 3 out of 4 are close to Belfast, which students can do many things within this area.

I chose Belfast just because it was the easiest option for where I live. although I do like it well enough, the city is really lacking In entertainment as well as in the night life scene. There are some really good night clubs but they could definitely do with more. Although there is Victoria square and castle court which are both decent shopping centres. There is a serious problem in regards to transport, there are not enough trains as well as stops In my opinion and the prices are not reasonable either.

Food choices for international students are limited. But there are some asian supermarkets. Belfast is not too big to get around. Night life is good.
