Location was excellent, right on campus and right next to a main cafeteria. The facilities provided were really good, everything new and in great condition. The social area was nice, the kitchens were spacious and fully equipped. Because of the independence of all the rooms from each other, the social experience was ok; the social area would get very messy so people wouldn't hang out there often. The rooms were all very well equipped, the bathrooms really nice, but the actual space was tiny, without a lot of room to hang out in the room or do anything apart from sit at the desk or on the bed. The storage space was great though.

Really good location on campus as it is not too far on the edge so you are still very close to everything, but not too close that you are disturbed by events on at the University SU. The building is relatively new and every room has an ensuite, a desk, bed, a TV and mood lighting. There are great social spaces and the rooms are quite small, but this makes the halls a lot more social and almost everyone in quads gets on really well with their flat mates as it is a very social environment. There are also cleaners every 6 weeks and really big kitchens with lots of room so that everyone can sit in there comfortably at one time. You also get half-catered food credit which is really handy for when you cannot be bothered to cook you can go and buy food using your library card on campus.

The location on campus is quite good and the eatery lime tree is very close which is good because you can spend your eating credit there (eating credit is included in accommodation costs). The rooms are small but have a lot of well designed storage space. The en-suites are nice. The kitchens are big and have lots of space. There's also a lounge with a tv, this accommodation is really good for socialising as you can watch tv together or all cook together at the same time.

The location of the halls was perfect - right next to the lime tree (a restaurant/cafe/study space), and 2 mins away from the bus stop. The facilities were great as its brand new, with fatboys in the lounge, flat screen TVs in every room, lights which could be dimmed into different colours. The social experience was great as we shared a kitchen with 10 other roommates and a lounge with the opposite flat, meaning we were always surrounded by people. Overall a great experience for the first year of university.

I currently live in squads Acer. The location is incredible - you can be in lectures within a short 10 minute walk. The social experience is amazing, you share a social space with another flat (so 20 people) so you have lots of opportunities to make friends. The rooms are quite small but designed well to make the most of the space. However it is expensive, and although the facilities are lovely and it is modern, the space you get is a lot smaller than most bath halls, and yet the price is steep. Also, you will receive abuse from other halls for staying in quads!

Quads is in a great location - close to eateries, gym, and lecture theatres on campus. It has a big kitchen and a lounge so is good for the social experience of university. The bathrooms and rooms are small but well equipped and modern The WiFi has always been quite bad within quads however. The cleaners and staff (e.g maintenance) are normally good. Although I had issues with TV and heater these got solved quickly.

Kitchen and social areas were modern, huge and great. Rooms were too small, but ensuite was nice. Perfect location 5 minutes away from lecture halls in the morning!

Very sociable and modern with the bonus of food credit each week. Small rooms but great to have own bathroom. Would highly recommend,’particularly for getting to know people

The Quads in my opinion is the best halls on the Bath campus. Almost everyone I know has said that they wish they were living here, or they are glad that they are. The modular design of the rooms means that everyone has an equal size, and although they are small I have more than enough storage space, and I have a lot of things! The rooms are also really easy to keep tidy as a result. I love having the ensuite here as it means you have your own personal space to go to the bathroom and shower, without having to lug your wash bag around. The kitchen and the lounge are great, really modern and big, so perfect for socialising. I regularly host pres at mine for my team as no other halls on campus has a private social space like ours. However the lounge is slightly badly designed, with a straight sofa along half of the back wall, but this is the opposite side to the tv so it means that you have to sit on the small sofa that is provided to watch the tv or play games which is sometimes too small. Another great thing is the half-catered aspect. We all have around £300 added to our library cards each term (so three times a year) that is able to be spent in all of the restaurants on campus except the top floor of the SU. This has been so handy for me in times when I haven’t wanted to cook (or haven’t had the time to cook after training) and times when I have wanted a coffee or a frozen yoghurt. It’s great as you don’t feel like you are spending a lot of money from your student loan to get food on campus. I’d say the only major downfall of quads is the price, which is very expensive. Although it is modern and a very good halls of residence, I think the price could be less for what you receive (especially in comparison to what other universities pay). However this hasn’t impacted my five star score because I would still choose quads again over any of the campus accommodation despite the price.

It was a brand new building with en suite rooms and dimmable lights. The social experience was amazing because there was a kitchen to socialise and a lounge to watch tv or just sit and do work in. The room was great as we had our on TVs, showers and was very clean. Cleaners cleaned the kitchens twice a week and our rooms once a month. We had our own bean bags and comfortable areas to relax or just work. The rooms were too small however as all they could fit was a single cupboard, small desk and a single bed.

Being on campus, the location is ideal. We have a kitchen shared between the 10 people in your flat and then a lounge which is shared between 20 people (yours, and the flat next door). The kitchen is modern and has lots of space but the lounge isn't a nice enough space to spend lots of time in. It's a bit hit and miss with how social your floor is, loads are really social but some are not. The rooms are really small but have a lot of storage space and the en suite is the main thing that makes the room worth it, although it is very expensive compared to others.

Amazing social areas, large kitchens and bedrooms look smart. Having joint living rooms made socialising easy and having catering credit included was an added bonus.

Really great location on campus, especially quads acer! The lounge is a great social space and really handy for working in as the working areas on campus are very busy during the day. The kitchen is also very spacious and has really good equipment. The rooms are very good with a TV however they are fairly small so takes a bit of getting used to but is worth it for the ensuite and the kitchen and lounge. The food card is also really handy!!

Good facilities, clean, and nice rooms. Although they may be small they rooms have a surprising amount of storage. They fit everything! The food credit is also so helpful when going between lectures.

Amazing facilities including ensuite, massive kitchen and lounge for socialising. The kitchen had all the relevant equipment and was extremely modern. The rooms were quite small however this was made up for its lack of size with the huge lounge with a TV and beanbags. The location was great and everything was 10 minutes walk away on campus.

The location was really good as I was above a canteen and a 2 minute walk from lecture halls. We also had weekly cleaners which was really helpful. The social space was a great way to get to know my flat mates in freshers week and socialise during the year. Only negative was the room was on the small side. I would definitely recommend applying for accommodation at quads.

Loved the Quads, lounge was excellent, kitchen the same, could have been bit bigger rooms big having the en suite was brilliant .

Social spaces and kitchen were excellent, better than any accommodation I have been in at Uni of Bath or elsewhere. However in turn your room was very small, it did have adequate storage space but it just felt cramped all the time. The en suite was very good.

Quads is a top class accommodation, but only if u can afford it. Rooms are kinda small but the way that the fears are set up u don't need a big room do it works well.

The flats are quite big, with 10 people sharing a kitchen, which I really liked. This meant it was very sociable and there were always people around. Also there were lounges shared with another 10 students. The rooms were small but had a bathroom and a lot of storage space. I loved my freshers year partly because of my flat.

Location 1 min walk away from the library and social areas are great for hosting prees. Only negative is room is very small compared to others on campus, but completely modernised kitchen and room makes up for it
