Always had phone contracts with Vodafone. If I've ever been able to find a cheaper deal on a different network then Vodafone have matched that and given me extra. For example as a free extra on my current contract I had a 12 month Spotify plan included for free. Can't fault it!

Vodafone my rewards are a great added bonus to the service and data connection is good and fast. Have been a customer for over 6 years and have never had a unsatisfactory experience. Problems are always resolved fast and customer service is always great.

Been with Vodafone for quite a few years now. The online services via the website when needing assistance is always difficult, with the website usually down for repair. What I have been impressed with is the coverage both in the UK and abroad. Also receiving texts and app updates when my data is running low, to prevent me from using more than my plan provided amount.

The contract is an expensive one, however it has a lot of data (60 GB) and unlimited everything else. Customer service is good and the recently implemented reward system is useful

Incredibly good coverage that seems to have provided signal wherever I am in the country. Very helpful advice team over the phone - able to answer any queries I have had and quickly assist with any difficulties I have encountered. Would recommend Vodafone to everyone if only they could drop their prices

My sim only deal was purchased through a 3rd party website, at a very good deal; much better than what is being offererd on the vodafone website. I think i am getting a good value for money deal compared to my friends, and the customer service is actally very good if youre on the phone - not on their chat service which is awful.

The signal works well everywhere and the sim works in every phone I've got, the prices are also very reasonable for the upgrades as I now pay less than I did for my last phone and get more my only complaint is that my sim has two numbers on it when I only need one it can make life difficult for people trying to reach me

I'd love nothing more than to cancel my contract after all the issues I've had but no Vodafone and just a huge scam and want £1200 (more than the price of my phone) I'm disgusted with the service the countless hours I've spent trying to resolve an endless amount of problems is disgusting when my family's contracts come up for renewal I made sure they steered clear and didn't make the same mistake I did. They're money grabbing because the only service they get is by trapping current customers. I cannot stress enough to stay away from Vodafone they're one of the cheapest but it's really not worth the hassle

It's a great provider however their customer service could use work as they are often rude and stand-offish when come to with a problem. I love their red entertainment plan however could use with a student discount as other top rated providers such as O2 and EE do

Always have good signal. Customer service could be better. Vodafone lost my phone when I had it sent off to be repaired and I wasn't provided a new one until at least one month after.

Overall very reliable service however when away civilisation service is hard to come by. Never have phones in stock which is annoying. Deals often negotiable but easy to see how people get scammed. Overall half decent service

Vodafone is a reasonable service for coverage, although it can be patchy in rural areas. However my package included free Wifi calling, which helped to combat any coverage limitations. I recommend their Red Entertainment packages for student lifestyles, which includes perks such as a 1 year subscription to Spotify Premium or NOWTV Entertainment. Customer service is generally good for assistant both in store and online.

I have been with Vodafone for number of years now, and being with them for this long gives me extra discounts on my phone bills which is obviously a great way of saving money. They offer holiday gifts which is nice to receive and most network providers wouldn't want this and I've had no issues with Vodafone.

Poor signal coverage and customer service that is very difficult to reach and deal with. Compared to other networks, their plan is rather expensive and there are ALWAYS unclear fees added at the end of the month to your bill, and challenging these is really frustrating and often futile. Would not recommend.

Vodafone are a great network in terms of coverage in all major areas. They also have perks for customers on their Vodafone app with rewards such as occasional free coffee vouchers etc.

My provider offers great coverage and also notifies me via text with exclusive offers and information. My monthly contract is also very useful as it offers unlimited texts and calls as well as 5GB of data per month for around £30 each month which is great value for money.

I have been with vodaphone for a couple of years as part of a family plan costing myself less that £10 for Unlimited texts, phone calls and 3gb of data. I have found that the connection with vodaphone is one of the best and often better than people around me on other networks. They have an app which makes it very easy to monitor usage however the one con is that if you go over the data arrangement or call limit then you can get huge chargers and it is quite easy to do. People on other networks have a block to stop them going over their limits. Customer service is always good.

Fantastic provider. I get amazing signal in places I never thought possible, the app is perfect for tracking what I have left of my data package and the perks provided are fantastic. I get to upgrade a couple of months early for no extra cost! I will definitely be staying with them, fantastic provider. Customer service is second to none too!

I have recently moved over from EE to Vodafone. I find Vodafone a great company that is affordable for students and offer greats deals with generous data allowances. My contract currently is £31 for 20GB of data and a brand new phone. The company is also easier, I had alot of issues with EE charging me a great deal amount to leave the company after my contract ended.

Good network in general and in city however it does fall drastically when out of town, specifically when on the M6 north or south bound. Be lucky if you get 1 or 2 bars and 4G. 3G just doesn't cut it.

I have been with Vodafone for 6 years and had many phones in contract with them. I recently just bought a phone and then had a contract which worked out cheaper. I got an extremely good deal of sharing data with others on my plan which made sure I didn't go over on mine, so definitely greater value for money

Recently rang them up to change my monthly plan and upgrade to a new phone. I received great advice and a variety of deals all given very clearly and concisely. When it comes to service, most places are very well covered by this network, with the exception of the contryside between towns. As someone who lives in the contryside part time, it's not ideal, but the connection speed is fab when I do have signal.

Vodafone have been a very good network for me, I changed from EE about 2 years ago and since then I've had far better signal and coverage, especially for my area (which is a small village, so on EE rarely recieved any signal) the plan I'm on is also very cheap and provides more than enough data for me.

- Not that many perks offered - Customer Service and coverage offered by Vodafone were very good - Value for money is okay but could be better - International roaming has been much better in recent years; this used to be a big problem but now looks as if it has been resolved.

Coverage is quite good as was customer service the one time I experienced it. The value for money could be better, at least for PAYG, and unlike on EE there isn't readily available WiFi at London Underground stations. The My Vodafone app doesn't seem to work at all for me, and topping up via the website seems unnecessarily longwinded - I have to put in a security code even once I've signed in with my username and password.

I have had Vodafone for over four years now. I do recommend them as a good service provider they do offer competitive prices and good discount for NHS and students. However I have encountered a few times where I have been overcharged and in these cases it does require a lengthy phone conversation to resolve the issue

Good coverage over the UK but they have quite a few hidden costs which I wasn't aware of. Customer service isn't very responsive but when I finally spoke with someone to cancel my contract they were very rude and not helpful.

This provider appears to always be available, even in areas where most of my friends cannot get reception. You may pay a bit more for contracts but they have always had reasonable customer service and are passionate about data protection.

Been with Vodafone for a while now and not had any problems so far. There was one month before I'd properly moved into my flat so had no Wi-fi set up yet, they gave me 2gb extra of data so I could use it for emergency for no charge as I'd been with them for so long. They do some competitions you can enter but haven't won anything yet so hopefully will one day

Service And 4G connection is usually really good, rarely dont have service. Perks on the vodafone app are cool and I use them a lot. The only thing I'm reserved about would be the monthly price of the contract as it is quite expensive, baring in mind I've been a continuos customer for over 10years.

I have been with Vodafone for many many years now. Safe to say im very satisfied. I rarely have poor service especially 4G. I suppose the most noticeable time is when on trains that it swaps alot. I would recommend Vodafone. I particularly like their mobile app that tells you how much data you have used etc. My contract was pricy however Vodafone provides good coverage and fast 4G. I got 3 months free Spotify, and it's usually free when I go abroad.

Vodafone are generally 'good'. The coverage is average with areas with absolutely no service. You tend to get better service near cities, however if you live in the countryside like I do, it can be rather problematic. I seem to have more signal when abroad on holiday than in my own home in the UK.

My plan is great. I pay £17 a month and receive unlimited minutes and texts aswell as 30gb of data. The perks include exclusive offers to three customers through the Wuntu app, being able to use my phone on the tube with the free underground WiFi and their feel at home deal which means I can use my phone abroad at no extra cost. There are many more perks too. The coverage is good in most places but sometimes can be poor.

I have been with Vodafone for two four years now, and am on my second contract with them. I recently got a call about rewards on my account, this is a term they seem to use for we want you to pay more money. The rewards were extra data, GREAT!... but at a further £6 a month. This is the negative side of their customer service, when I have needed them previously, it has been ok. The reception is ok where I live, but does go down anywhere rural. 3 stars from me.

I've been with Vodafone for 10 years and there's no loyalty perks so that's not great but if you get a Red plan you'll be entitled to Spotify which I have got my full use out of. So handy. Customer service is quite bad, I've had some terribly rude customer service assistants when I've needed to call for help or go in store. Based on this I gave them 3 stars overall.

Service is spotty. Customer service is bad as there is no follow up. Bill is expensive. I had an online bot pressure me into buying a phone online through it instead of buying it in my own time like I wanted. The bot then got my address confused and sent my phone to the wrong place. Then took three weeks of me calling and complaining to get anything done Because if I hadn't Vodafone didn't follow up.

Vodafone, very good coverage, however very overpriced until about 4 years with them. originally I kept overrunning my data and getting totally unacceptable expenses that as a student I couldn't afford, this happened several times as Vodafone wouldn't cap the data to avoid going over. no my plan is very high in data so i never go over and the price is reasonable, but that is after a lot of plan talking and 4+ years of contract. now having roaming charges abroad in Europe the same as your usual contract is great too

Vodafone 4g coverage is really good, I always have data and I think calls are a high quality. Customer service staff are lovely and will always try and help you out if a problem occurs. You get many perks on the Vodafone app and with the Roaming plus plan you can use your data abroad too.

I have the iPhone X, however it is highly overpriced. Vodafone pride themselves on having no mid-contract price rises, yet they increased mine and claimed that it was never stated in the contract; even though they said it when I was getting the phone! The coverage is average, the phone seems to dip in and out of 4G, and sometimes doesn't work or is very slow. There are no perks and international roaming is average, yet overpriced compared to other mobile phone providers.

I am really pleased with Vodafone as a mobile network. I have been with them around 6 years now. I have had great experiences with their customer service team online and over the phone, for my loyalty to the network I have received some fabulous deals over the last few years and great signal coverage. However, I do not like the long wait times to get things sorted in store.

Overall, Vodafone have been a fairly good network provider. When I signed up to my contract they went through discounts which could be applied and helped me find the best deal, the network coverage in my area is good too! Only thing is that the customer service can be quite persistent, if you pay for out of contract charges e.g. going over allowances they will try to contact you very frequently to sell more to you.

Coverage tends to be really good, and the places where I don't have coverage are dwindling slowly. Customer service in store is mostly good, but some of the newer team members at my local branch strike me as a bit sleazy. Over the phone customer service could be better and you have to wait for ages on hold to get through to someone. Nevertheless, due to the high quality and ever improving coverage I highly recommend Vodafone as a mobile provider.

I receive a good phone contract for the money that I pay and never use up all my data because there is a good allowance. I very rarely struggle to find mobile data when I am out and about as there almost always seems to be a sufficient amount of 3G or 4G roaming data for me to use. I haven't yet had to call customer service as I haven't received any problems, but I have heard of good things about it.

Being on Vodafone provides me with an excellent network coverage across South Wales. After struggling for a few years on competition networks, it's clear that Vodafone is currently leading the way. This along with competitive prices on their contracts, along with the new discount and reward programme introduced, shows that this network is the way forward for Mobile Networks.

Coverage limited in some places - couldn't get any signal at all when visiting the university of Bath while people with other network providers could. Otherwise generally very reliable coverage. Customer service difficult to get in touch with and quite forceful with promoting other purchases. Contract quite expensive compared to others available from other service providers. Not really offered any perks with my contract.

Customer services cannot do enough to help you with calls after to make sure you're not having any issues after contacting them. Perks you get with pay as you go are reward points with the points you can get free credit or data or earphones and so on....

Vodafone has been a good choice as a network provider for me. The customer service at Vodafone is great mostly, with very kind and understanding staff on the line, who are able to help with an queries. I had issues with the return of a trial tablet and I was charged more than I should have been. But the customer service team were able rectify this quite quickly. The coverage is great at most places, although I have experiences a lack of signal in some areas, where I have noticed others do have signal (which is in a cinema, so might not be bad). The bundle and perks (e.g. VeryMe rewards) of my contract are well worth the price, although it was reduced for cyber Monday. I would definitely recommend!

Expensive. Complicated data usage. Lovely staff and understanding if you get in touch with them. I've been with Vodafone for my entire time of using a phone contract. I've never had a problem with their service and it seems to be an efficient and effective way to upgrade and get the most out of a phone bundle. The cable rarely shuts down and so the network is constantly active. Stores are located everywhere, so easy to sort a technical problem if one occurs.

The customer service on Vodafone is excellent, especially the online web chat where you can resolve any issues almost immediately from your own home. One of the main issues I have encountered in my area is coverage. The coverage in rural areas does not seem to be as good as with other providers however in main cities, towns and even on the tube the signal is good.

Vodafone offers a decent variety of deals for contract, pay as you go and SIM-only fans. Its one limit is the lack of unlimited data but pay as you go users at least benefit from being able to rollover whatever they don't use each month. If you are willing to pay a bit extra on a contract you can get nice perks such as a Spotify, Sky Sports Mobile or NOW TV subscription and pay as you go users even get rewards for topping up. The pricing overall isn't the cheapest, but you can also earn yourself a bit of money back by trading in your old handset when setting up a Vodafone deal.

Vodafone has great coverage and I would recommend this provider to anyone who travels often (as I go between Dorset, Chichester, and Workington by train frequently and I used to struggle getting connection with on other services). Additionally, the customer service helpline was very friendly and knowledgeable when I was first getting my phone set up and was easy to get in contact with, especially due to the My Vodafone app, which offers advice, access to your contract and rewards for customers.

As for products and services, I would recommend Vodafone. Their signal strength is very good no matter where you go, and their data services are of great strength. However, their customer service isn't that great. There has been several cases where I have been charged extra *without* notice and when confronted they seem to just ignore your complaint. Would recommend Vodafone simply for their products which are not extortionate but they could be priced better.

Great provider for my phone (IPhone 6S). I pay monthly with free calls ans text and I have never had an issue with it. Coverage is great and I can get mobile data in most places. Cost is quite high but not as bad compared to other providers I saw in Carphone Warehouse. I have been with vodaphone on and off for years and have never had an issue. Never needed to use customer service but feel like it would be helpful and useful if I ever needed to use it. However, no perks to it, I have seen money off places before but never used it as never felt the need to but it may be useful for other people.

The signal and coverage is very good in both Surrey and Birmingham. My only fault of the network is the ridiculous cost of adding data to a plan when you go over you monthly limit. Perhaps reducing the cost to the average of your contract would encourage more people to buy more?

4G coverage is patchy in some places, and is sometimes slow. For some unexplained reason, I was put on a business account, meaning that I can't use the app, which isn't helpful. I was also called by their customer service department, who offered to reduce my monthly payments by a few quid, but actually put me on a new contract, meaning I would have been tied to the same phone for 3, not 2 years. Relatively simple to fix, but unwelcome. Overall below average.

Vodafone offers some deals which are very affordable. I had been waiting to get a new phone for 2 years as I had not yet found a deal which was affordable enough for the phone I wanted. I have not been with vodafone before and have found the coverage to not be amazing and I don't always have signal. However I the perks of being with vodafone are really good. I wouldn't reccomend if you are concerned with the network and signal however would for value for money.

The Vodafone rewards is horribly slow to roll out and I've sort of given up on getting it at all. On the plus side speeds are fast, coverage good and the cost is cheap - especially considering it comes with free spotify and fantastic roaming! I would sign up again, definitely.

24 month contract with Vodafone on the Samsung S7, £15 upfront cost for the phone, where the overall cost was less than the retail price of the phone at the time of purchase. They give rewards and perks regularly such as data boosts and free gifts. Also have different roaming packages and include basic roaming in all contracts. I was running out of data and called customer services to purchase extra data and very generously gave an extra 10GB of data every month till the end of my contract at no additional cost. Highly recommend them and always provide exceptional customer service when ever I call them for help.

I've been with vodafone for a few years now. The service has always been pretty good and helpful, however, I just wish they did more offers similar to their competitors EE to make things more affordable. They previously used to include more things like Netflix with their plans, which was a great incentive but they've scrapped that. Other than that, it's a great network with good coverage.

I rated it 3 out of 5 because Vodafone is an average mobile network, with all the advertising Vodafone still is average. Their signal coverage isn't as good as they pretend. For example I went to Cambridge and I had no reception. However, they do have a decent amount of mobile data and a great customer service. Hence, the rating.

Generally signal (4g) has been good with Vodafone, and they have recently appeared to have improved their coverage in locations such as Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire. Customer service in store is great, but over the phone not so good. Loyalty is not rewarded as much as one would hope. International roaming is fantastic especially as it includes countries outside of the EU such as Turkey.

The network works great, it is always up and barely ever been down. Quite reliable and very speedy as well. I love the fact that Vodafone does not impose any limits even in roaming (at least on a Red contract), and there is the added perk of Global roaming with some extra countries included in your plan apart from the EU. The customer service has been troublesome in the past, even though they always tried their best, that is something they need to improved as sometimes it requires to contact them several times to solve an issue.

I have had a great experience with Vodafone most of the time. However I do find they are a lot of areas where I live where the signal drops by a significant amount. I also have been struggling to get good signal in places like a city centre or populated areas, I understand this may be from a lot of people being in that area but my friends don't have the same issues that I do and they're with other phone providers.

Customer service has always been very good including a refund for data use at a time where I was sure an error had occurred to my monthly bill. Always good offers that can be found on the MyVodafone app including money off certain places. I have never found the coverage to be an issue and am very happy with the service I have received overall.

Customer service is good, easy to talk to on webchat. Coverage is mediocre, perks on the Vodafone app are worse than 3. Prices increases slyly every year and 4G isn't available everywhere in the North. Probably not worth it unless you get a good deal during a sale. Roaming in Europe is free on my plan (good), but outside Europe fees can be extortionate.

The contract is ideal for my needs. It has decent signal in most places I've been around the UK and a good signal around Europe too. I pay £25 monthly for unlimited minutes, unlimited texts and 30GB of data. Often if the WiFi is of poor quality, I just use my data with no worries. The contract also includes 12 months of a media platform at choice. From the options I chose Spotify as I would have had to pay for it anyway... so really the contract turns out much cheaper as I would have been paying £10 monthly for Spotify!

I have some mixed feelings about this network because of what it has to offer, its network coverage, its plans and how they communicate with customers. First of all, Vodafone is becoming one of the best networks for people to use in the UK and Europe, with flexible roaming and reasonable pricing. They always offers commodities to loyal customers and discounts on new deals. They are very reliable as a network when it comes to service and always have good coverage. The downside comes when you are a pay monthly customer : i have just finished my plan and whilst being with vodafone, i have been overcharged for my plan. This is no mistake with vodafone, it was because i had overused my phone on specific months, BUT the reason why i don't like them is because like many other networks, they didn't notify me when my allowances were low and certainly didn't notify me when i was going way over my allowances. It was as if they were doing that deliberately to steal my money, and when my bill reached a significant (£100+), that is when they told me which is think is very unfair for the customer. unless they sort this out, customer satisfaction will be quite low for the years to come.

Overall not a bad provider to use, but is fully dependant on your location. I live 20mins away from Birmingham and my coverage is 1 / barely 2 bars at times. If I am downstairs then it's 50/50 whether I get any signal at all. Vodafone do have good levels of customer service though and they have always offered me really good deals If I am thinking about switching provider.

Quality of coverage in my rea is pretty poor, I only live about 20 minutes outside of Birmingham and regularly only have about 1/2 bars, if that. Overall cost is pretty good, I am only paying £8 a month for 4gb of data with lot's of minutes & texts. This is however a recent contract as my contract previously with the phone was about £28 a month.

Being on vodaphone sim only plan has had ups and downs. Positives include having great service most of the time, including in different countries where you can now use your data plan for free. A negative would be customer service on the phone to vodaphone can sometimes be poor and they do not send you a text to tell you if you are almost over your paid minutes which leaves you to be able to go over your plan easily. However the vodaphone app is very helpful.

I used to have many issues with Vodafone when upgrading etc and would always have to wait hours to even speak to anyone. But they are much more efficient now and they have improved their general 4G coverage as I never used to get internet in my home town but now I get it everywhere. They always text me the latest offers and perks which I think is useful. However I think they could offer out more perks, especially to students.

I have had a phone contract with Vodafone for many years now and have had few problems with signal etc., hence why I have stayed with them. They give you good deals if you purchase in store and throw in additional items such as phone screen protectors and cases if you ask nicely haha. My only criticism is that they do not offer a service whereby you get warning texts or reminders when you are close to any limits within your contract, such as when you have used up your calling minutes allowance. Vodafone do have an app you can use to track your monthly phone usage and bills you are paying, however this sometimes struggles to load with an error message often coming up, and you have to remember to check it regularly since there are no notifications. On a positive ending note, some contract with Vodafone do include some good extras. For example, with my latest contract I get Spotify premium membership included which is perfect for me as I am student that probably listens to music everyday whilst doing my university work.

Unfortunately, all of the complaints you read about Vodafone on the internet are true... I was the victim of a crime involving my phone and, after contacting the police, I contacted Vodafone to lock the sim. Vodafone have made this extremely difficult for me; I've spoken to so many of their agents that I've lost count. They have failed to take responsibility for why this problem has lasted so long (and why it is still not resolved). If you enjoy wasting huge amounts of time and money, Vodafone is the company for you! :)

I have been with Vodafone ever since I got my first phone! They have served me very well over the years hence the reason I haven't felt a need to change providers. Every 3 months, I am elehible for an upgrade which has been very beneficial to my picket and my life in general. Vodafone always looks for ways to please the customers they have and I don't think I'll be leaving them any time soon! Of course over the years I have had some issues with them but I've always preferred to go into the store to sort them out as their phone customer service has not always solved my issues. Aside from this, everything else has been great.

My main reason for choosing Vodafone was the cost of the data plans relative to other providers. I have had little problem so far with my mobile data and the coverage is of very high quality. My only issue with Vodafone is their customer service, which seems to have developed a poor reputation on a whole. It takes many hours on the phone to resolve issues, and in some instances it takes multiple days. The support staff on mobile are not very helpful and often make the issue more difficult than it needs to be by asking irrelevant questions.

I can receive discount on my contract due to the employer I work for which I think is really good. The customer service is okay, has its ups and downs but mainly ups. They tend to offer the best contract and add additional deals because of loyalty which I applaud. In terms of the actual sim, the data connection is usually quite good although I did lose service recently due to works in my area but I was told I'd be given money back for them days so it's not bad. They've also offered a new rewards service which includes freebies which I think is a great advantage

They a pretty good as the signal is quite strong. But there customer service can be better I had issues when I was trying to get my old number back from them they wanted over 400 pounds to do that. Insain. Whereas I was within 30 days of my contract so no need for such a charge. Anyway I agreed to the charge as I desperately wanted my number back and worried about how I was going to pay this charge but they randomly told me when I called that there was no charger. Very stressful.

I have had 6 pay monthly contracts with Vodafone so far and have not experienced any issues with coverage. The monthly cost has been reasonable for the phones I have had compared with other providers and any issues I have experienced have been resolved by phoning customer services. Vodafone service and data speeds are decent so there's never been an issue with that. However, when it comes to customer support there's little to praise. Anytime there's an issue I go on the live chat and even though the issue usually gets solved, it takes talking to the manager and threaten leaving the companies contracts.
