I have been given a good deal compared to other phone networks which I am happy with unlimited credit. However the network connection of three is not good and needs to be fixed.

The Wuntu app that members could join is amazing as the offers are often really good deals. However, the service itself is quite slow and is often used up a lot quicker especially in places outside Bath (the place where I am studying in).

Personally the three moblie network is not up to standard , especially in terms of getting a reasonable signal anywhere not to mention the low quality signal strength. However I appreciate the affordability of the sim only tariffs which have (I admit) been easy to pay monthly .

Patchy signal in the highlands, but overall acceptable network. Preferable to other budget "piggybacking" networks, but still a little expensive for the service you receive. The perks app feels gimmicky too. Of my 3 years with them, I've never claimed anything. Roaming works okay, but international coverage is patchy in some places you wouldn't expect; e.g. Boston, or the whole state of Maine.

The monthly contract is good value for money as Three provide strong network coverage. The customer service is great but the deals for international use should be better.

The coverage is good, and love that I can use it in so many different countries without any problems or extra charges. Service can be slow at times. Also, the reward system Wuntu is good, but the good offers are quite rare and need to be improved.

I cannot fault the in person help I have received but the customer service team in India are worse than useless. It took me almost 6 weeks to get my number moved from a pay as you go SIM to my contract SIM. My internet is sometimes patchy in places it shouldn't be, like in the city and other times the three app does not work.

Overall I am happy with the provider but however I don't always get the best reception when I am at home

I have to admit Three is probably one of the best providers, especially for students, taking into account all the perks it offers (discounts on food and shopping, vouchers for movies...) On the other hand the quality of the coverage is not always good and I often find myself losing signal for no apparent reason just to get it back a few minutes later. Therefore the three stars.

customer service is really good. they make sure they get the best plans for you., depending on how much you use your data, mins etc. Three is quite an affordable network when you'bve been with them for a long time ( 3+ years). One of the best things about three is their Go Roam, option which was intoduced quite a while ago. this means I don't have to think about buying phone credit in certain countries. saving me money. theor coverage is quite goodas well. I always get signal in places as I have 4g and it works perfectly.

Value for money in terms of gb, phone calls and text is decent but i struggle to get 4g service in a lot of places which is annoying

Customer service is very good but the service is very choppy and the mobile data does not always work even if I have full service. The app is very good to track data and minutes however it is very difficult to buy extra addons without Almost buying a new contract. But for the price I am paying the contract is amazing.

Good prices and deals however unclear terms and conditions and have sometimes been charged for thimgs i didnt know i would get charged for.

The Three contract I'm currently on is quite average for the price ... it includes unlimited data, texts, international roaming in some countries, and 200 minutes of voice a month for around £30 (if I recall correctly). The coverage is spotty, much like other phone networks, though. I can't tell the difference of what 4G is supposed to be. I have previously complained about poor connection in specific regional areas, but very little could be done. The Wuntu app offers some good deals every now and then for Three customers exclusively.

Dreadful experience with 3 customer service. Only used a simple card for 9 days on holiday in October 2018 then cancelled the contract. Now in a complaint process with the company who keep sending bills. I cancelled the contract and paid my final payment by debit card 11 December 2018. I received another bill January 2019 and when I rang customer service they refused to accept that I had closed the account saying I still owed money. I had a terrible row on the phone and the whole process is very upsetting. No one noted my cancellation on my account when I paid by debit card. I am now having to go to the ombudsman and am worried this dispute will affect my credit record . Do not trust or use this company to 'save' whilst travelling. This will have cost me more financially and in time, effort and peace of mind than staying with Tesco. I deeply regret my decision to yes 3 and will not be trusting them with my custom again. When travelling in the USA I constantly use my phone for texting, photographs, phoning home to the UK and using google and my apps for various things. Without the roaming facilities I have with my 3 contract, I would not have the freedom to do this and save a terrific amount of money! Over the moon!

Has great perks such as WunTu which gives weekly offers and vouchers. MoreverM is priced very competitively. However poor signal coverage. I often can't find signal in many places where other people have close to full signal.

The signal at home is really bad and has been for the past year, called to get it sorted but no progress

The customers service is good. The coverage, on the other hand, is not always the best everywhere. I have an unlimited plan for a reasonable price. The international roaming is good too

Customer service was difficult to speak to someone about your issue as they didn't let me send my SIM card to the correct address and I couldn't contact them. Wuntu is a good free perks app and regularly saves me money.

Coverage used to be great but over the last year has deteriorated, get better coverage on 3G than 4G. disappointing considering I have been with them for almost 10 years now

Internet can be better to be honest. It's always slow and lags, specially in the night, it's hard to use some apps bc of how slow it is. Constantly freezes and when you ask them what's wrong with the internet they tell you it's fine??? And that your area has been checked, no faults have been found.

Cheap contracts with mainly good coverage. More remote areas in the UK do not have coverage. Customer service is not great and takes a long time to make any adjustments to the contract.

I pay a lot for the service that I receive and my phone is always playing up. I get no signal in some places and it is soo annoying. When I call up to customer service I get no help

Several problems with them over the years, but always quickly resolved and satisfactory compensation also given. Also can use for free abroad.

They are reliable and have great phone coverage pretty much wherever I go. 3 is great when travelling abroad as you can still contact home at no extra cost.

Service is mostly bad and the internet is not great either Quality is not worth the high price . They do good deals for phone contracts but the plans are not the best. Could do better.

I like how you are able to use your data abroad at no extra cost. Customer service is good too. I've never had an issue with them. Would continue to be a three customer.

the quality of the coverage that I get is quit poor however i believe it is reasonable for the price that i pay. I have the sim only monthly version. They try to trick you to buy expensive deals so stay alert.

When offline so for example on the tube and then going online, it takes a long time for 3G to connect and start working again. A lot of times I have to turn it off and back on to find it again. Also where I live in Stratford there is barely ever good coverage, and same goes for tube stations that are over ground.

I haven't had an issues with three after having a contract with them for the past 18 months. it was useful to be able to use my phone in australia at no extra cost. i'd say that the amount i pay is worth the amount i get. i have an iphone 7, 12gb of data and unlimited calls and texts with the ability to use my phone at no extra cost in countries like those in europe as well as outside, e.g. UAE and australia. however, i wish i was able to use this service in china and korea as it is cheaper than getting another sim abroad. coverage can be slow at times however...

My contract is quite expensive compared to what it should be as hotspot is also not allowed which I think is a bit stupid. But other than that, it's pretty good. Good coverage.

Got a good deal for 30 gb for £17 a month however the coverage of threes network is poor to say the least. If I could actually use my data it would be the perfect deal for me.
Anonymous
I believe I pay a reasonable sum of 10£ a month however the coverage is terrible sometimes, I don't really think there is any thing else bad about it as it is really good value for money however I don't see much perks offered to me
Anonymous
Sim contract was cheap and suited my allowance needs. However, disappointing upgrade options and network perks.

So I'm from London, the capital of England and I have such poor signal, everywhere I go I have slow 4G internet speed. One good thing is the perks app called Wuntu where there are competitions to enter, discounts on things and every monday you get a free dominos pizza. I also won a holiday to Italy last summer through one of the competitions.

Prices are good, especially as I have all you can eat data at 17.5/per month. However what you get in price, you don't get in service, 4G drops constantly and many areas in which o2 or vodafone have signal you will have none. But overall due to the price I will stay with three for the foreseeable future.
Anonymous
Customer service is decent but wuntu is no longer a good incentive anymore. No more free dominos or anything worth buying.

I am quite pleased with me quality of coverage although sometimes I get charged for receiving messages from numbers I do not know or have saved but I do enjoy the perks of being with Three such as the wuntu app because I receive offers for cheap food and drinks.

Three is a great provider in terms of what it offers, amazing amount of data, minutes and texts. However, coverage is a bit sparsed and despite living in a very suburban area I often have to rely upon WiFi for calls and what not.
Anonymous
The provider 'Three' is overall not too bad however this consosts of both positives and negatives. Coverage can vary, especially when in rural areas compared to urban areas. The 'Three' Wuntu app also isn't too great as the deals and freebiesare limited.
Anonymous
Quality of service is varied and sketchy in some places. Wuntu is a great idea but it's hard to actually get the rewards.
Anonymous
Poor connection most times, although cheap. you can get offers from wuntu like cinema, restaurants, national express.

Three generally has okay coverage, the coverage is good in some areas and not so good in others. The bad thing is that there isn't great coverage in Leicester which is where I'm at uni, I tend to rely on WiFi to talk to people because I never have good enough signal to call on mobile.
