It was extremely easy to set up a new contract for someone with quite a poor credit rating - staff were extremely friendly and helpful about setting up the contract. The contract required the first month in advance, but that was acceptable considering that most new smartphones are being offered on 36 month contracts due to the extreme prices. Network quality is amazing compared to my previous network. I can actually use the phone that I am paying for now. I'm able to get 4G consistently, sometimes the occasional drop to 3G, but no complete drop outs. Call quality is excellent due to really good reception as Tesco Mobile is carried by O2. I have only been a customer for little over a month, but I'm extremely satisfied right now. Friendly Staff, Great Network coverage, and reasonably priced for the plans on phones compared to other networks.

Have been with tescos for years and wouldn't think of changing. Pay £7.50 a month for a sun only contract and have received perks every year I'm with them. Have had a little trouble with the network being down a lot recently but got told if have free internet and haven't recieved it this January

The coverage I get from this service is mostly very good but sometimes the service does go down. However, when we as customers are inconvinced, Tesco gives perks to make up for the loss of service. The cost of the plan is reasonable and not too expensive and what we get in the plan is excellent.

Tesco Mobile seemed a good option at first due to being linked with O2 network and a fraction of the price. However, most places I go to it's very hard to get any form of signal and 4g is always unreliable.

I don't have a strong signal whether indoors or outdoors. My 4g often cuts out randomly or isn't always strong enough to play some games or listen to Spotify.

Never had any major issues with Tesco; I've been using them for years. Only issue I've had has been the occasional dip in signal. Would recommend to anyone!

I've been using Tesco mobile sim only contract for years now, and I will never go elsewhere. Once you brave the cost of buying a phone outright (birthday or Christmas?), you're looking at £10 a month for 3gb and unlimited texts and calls. And what's more, lots of club card points! When I see friends paying £30+ on a 2 year contract I just can't believe it. When your phone is included in your contract monthly payment, you pay for it and then some - and the mobile company will never tell you when it's paid! And who really changes their contract the day it's finished? I say Tesco all the way!

Very friendly customer service, every one I spoke to while trying to choose my phone was lovely and very helpful. Good coverage, never had an issue with amount of bars or with 4g and quite low cost for the phone I got as other places were much more expensive

Have been with Tesco mobile for approximately 2 years and during this time I cannot fault them whatsoever. Prices are good. Love the flexible plans they offer where the phone can be paid off at any time during the contract at no extra fee. The 3G coverage is brilliant. The signal is strong in nearly all locations. They're easy to liase with whenever necessary and give good helpful advice on contract options.

Very good coverage with goo signal strength. Club card points can be earned automatically through the contract which can be converted to cash in store vouchers.

Great pay monthly prices which are adjustable based on your usage so you can always tailor a plan to suit your needs. Easy to use app which tracks your monthly usage so you know exactly what you've used. Great range of phones but take ages to get phones in stock.

I pay roughly £12 a month as I bought my phone seperatly else where. My money gets me a massive 9gb of data which is great for streaming videos. I get a good amount of service coverge around the world and love having the 'HomeFromHome' option because I travel a lot but don't want to pay extra outside of Europe

My contract is very cheap compared to other providers. Benefits if you stay with Tesco for your next contract, e.g. more data free.

My family moved over to Tesco mobile about 5 years ago after struggling with receiving signal in our area for years. Tesco's signal covers such a large area and I often find that I always have a connection in areas my friends on other providers do not. Their deals far outweigh any other providers I have seen and this has allowed me to get much more for my money. I believe they are very much under rated and I see myself sticking with them in future. I also think it is important to mention that I receive free data and calls in other European countries which is a huge perk.

I have had no problems with Tesco Mobile. Their signal is good and they offer affordable contracts. Their staff are always helpful and it is easy to pop into store or ring their helpline. The Tesco Mobile app allows you to see how much minutes/texts/data you've used and it also shows your recent bill history which is helpful.

Very good coverage 95% of the time, very few places were you can't get signal. Customer service is very good in store. Got my sim only deal on a staff card offer which gave me extra data, as far as I'm aware this offer has changed to a discount which isn't quite as good. Sim only offers are very good value for money.

I have recently changed my phone mid way through a contract which was incredibly easy thanks to the staff on the phone. Also, Tesco mobile is noticeably cheaper than it's competitors yet still provides the same level of customer service. I would never change back. The only slight downside is that the O2 masts go down relatively frequently meaning that coverage isn't always perfect.

Tesco mobile is really good price wise for new phone contract and sim only contracts. The wifi access can however be touch and go and often needs a strong signal to function but overall I would recommend to someone who is looking for a phone contract on the cheap.

Good family deal for £12 p/m. Free data, texts and calls never run out. Good signal most places even where more well known networks don't have signal. I work in the middle of no where and always have signal where nobody else does.

The data is adequate and I personally don't run out. The service isn't the strongest and it can be convenient as sometimes text messages don't send even when it seems to have signal.

Have been with Tesco for 5 years now, customer service in store and over the phone are very helpful, have had to cancel my contract mid way through twice due to breaking my phone and they haven't over charged me which is good, they offer great deals and connection and data are usually very strong.

it's really good. you get perks if more people join the plan. sometimes the prices are a bit high though which isn't needed but altogether i've liked being with tesco especially before being on orange and didn't really like them. mum gets a discount as she works at tesco as well

Great coverage as the offer a wide variety of options for both new customers and existing customers, option to have a safety buffer which is very beneficial, and offer free perks when service is affected

Tesco is the best service provider for many reasons. 1) Excellent customer service and repairs service - if you have something wrong with your phone or you damage it you can free post it to a tesco repairs centre and they will try to fix it for you at a reasonable price 2) The cost of my contract is super affordable at less than £15 a month i get all the data, texts and calls that i could need plus family perks if you bring your family members to tesco mobile 3) Great coverage, never have a problem getting connected (they use the same as 02)

The service with Tesco is pretty good, I've been a customer with them for the last 10 years or so, and haven't had any major problems. The perks are good, in regard to topping up and doubling or tripling credit. The bundles available are also of good value and there are a range of bundles available to suit each customer.

As a Tesco mobile customer, I cannot fault the data coverage it provides with 4G coverage available in most locations I visit. However, the value for money I would not consider reasonable. I pay just under £40 for a set number of texts, calls and data for an iPhone 7 which is already 2/3 seasons out of date. I would expect Tesco to provide a service by which the tariff is reduced after a set amount of time.

Contract is well priced as I work for the company and receive in store discount and benefits on the phone shop and services they offer, including 10% off contracts for 10 other people. Tesco's contracts are always well priced and the networks itself has never failed me.

Tesco is a great company and has so much to offer so I had no doubt in choosing them to get my phone with. They have simple contracts that are actually easy to understand. As I like upgrading regularly these contracts really help and I can upgrade early. The contracts could sometimes be cheaper but it's great if you have a family bundle which benefits everyone

Very affordable for a student like me. Decent coverage considering I spend my time between Norfolk and Devon. Having the app makes it super easy to keep an eye on how many minutes/ how much data of my contract I've used. Also allows me to know when I need to reign in my usage so I don't go over my allowance. I have arranged a safety buffer which is useful incase I absolutely must use more than my contract allows in special circumstances.

The only Mobile Network Provider I have ever used is Tesco Mobile, and I have never had any big problems. They are always friendly and are quick to make sure the customer is always happy. The only real downfall I think is the fact that other networks tend to provide more for less, e.g. more data for a lower cost.

I have been with tesco mobile for over 5 years. They have never failed me, despite the issues recently with the O2 network which had affected tesco users too, they gave extra data due to this as an apology. Network is great, can receive 4G in most locations and good signal too. I initially went from a pay monthly plan to a sim only plan and the switching over was easy and quick. They also allow you to use your plan abroad

Overall the value for money of my contract is very good. I get a large amount of data and call minutes for a very minimal price and the cap system has been very useful to stop me overspending on my account when I have gone over my data limits. The coverage of the network is very good and I have never had a problem whilst in London. The only issues I have had is when I've been in the middle of a rural area or hiking but I think all networks would struggle with this

Reasonable cost of monthly bill, but won't be renewing with Tesco. Often don't get any signal in more rural areas, whilst my partner who is on EE will have at least 1 bar of 4G. Didn't get any 4G for the first year of my contract, even though it was suggested this would be the case. I now need more data for maps and am paying quite a lot extra. I imagine it'd be the same cost as getting a better contract on a different network so I now don't feel like I'm saving much money.

Never had any issues with signal unless in very secluded areas - often the only one of my friends with signal. Customer service and support has always been really good - when I called them about changing provider they offered me a better deal so I stayed.

Tesco Mobile's service is quite decent overall. Their products are very good value for money and I am able to receive good coverage from most areas I visit. My only problem is that I am not able to get a Wi-Fi connection on the underground, as I'm always going back on forth however this isn't essential.

This is an excellent network to go for. There have only been a handful of incidents where I haven't had any phone signal. The customer service is incredible, and it is very easy to get issues resolved. Great prices too.

When I bought the phone online I experienced no problems and it was a smooth transaction. When I purchased the phone and monthly contract it was black Friday so there was a deal on at the time. The provider of tesco mobile is much better and more efficient compared to my last contract with giffgaff. I think my data connects instantly and the WiFi connects by itself. Every thing about tesco mobile is fresh and smooth usage. Couldn't have picked a better provider! I'm a very happy customer.

Tesco mobile contracts are good value with good prices for phones. The data coverage is good and when it became unavailable for a day 2gb extra data was added to my plan for one month as compensation. I found this to be really good as it was something that I definitely wasn't expecting

I have had a tesco phone for several years now and have never been disappointed. Even when we have experienced the smallest of problems they have been extremely helpful. We have four phones in total and although we do not have extreme amounts of data we only pay roughly £50 all together.

The quality can be quite variable when travelling, particularly on trains after you have left tunnels for a substantial period of time. Furthermore, it can something takes hours to receive or send certain texts.

Tesco mobile give excellent customer service but their packages are not up to speed with the other mobile providers. I often run out of data despite paying quite a lot per month. Also, the internet and signal went down entirely last month for a whole day and it caused me many problems.

The coverage with Tesco isn't amazing, the actual phone signal is pretty good but data is a bit patchy. My pay monthly contract is pretty good value in terms of my phone but data is very expensive and any add on is very costly. There is a very good service which means you can add a safety buffer to stop too you going too much over your contracted data. The customer services are really easy to get hold of and although I have had a couple of issues I've managed to sort them really quickly and been compensated with credit off my next bills. They also have a repair service which is really helpful, and the Tescomobile staff in the store are amazingly helpful too. Overall I would recommend them to a student as it's really useful to be able to do so much online and on the phone with customer services and not having to go anywhere in person.

Overall Tescos offer high quality customer service. They even compensate of there has been any issue with network such as giving extra data that month. In addition to this their contract is very affordable and customer service is great. For instance when I was inquiring about using my phone abroad customer service were very helpful. Moreover, the extra data packages are very useful especially if one month you find you may need more data. They also keep you updated with data usage and deals. Generally I always have good signal when in busy cities or towns; however occasionally being in some rural areas (this has only happened once and generally isn't a problem) I have had poor signal. Other than that Tesco mobile is the ideal mobile phone provider.

The main thing that drew me to join Tesco mobile is that you can cap our contract so you get no scary bills at the end of the month. If you go over on data, text or calls the cost comes out of your safety buffer, which you can set from £2.50 to £50, and you don't have to worry about going over. Customer service is great, you get discount on contracts if you are an employee and added family perks for getting your family signed up too.

Also I broke my phone earlier this year and luckily had Tesco insurance so they managed to get a replacement the next day! Absolutely brilliant also good service and data whilst abroad x

I swapped contract to Tesco mobile and am very glad I did. The service works so much better and seems to have no issues. The one time an issue occurred I was given extra 2GB free of charge without having to ask. Therefore customer service is also very good in my opinion. I would definitely recommend.

Signal generally good and across a variety of locations. Internet can sometimes disappear but never for a long period of time. Dealt well with the 02 signal crash a couple of weeks ago

Tesco Mobile has been very good. I have never been left without a strong signal or 4G connection, even when abroad. The customer service team were friendly and prompt when I wanted to change my phone number. The app is excellent for tracking your data, calls and text message allowance usages. Users are always notified a few days before the next bill is due to be paid. Tesco Mobile's prices are far more reasonable than many other competitors.

When you ring the customer service line they are alway really helpful and understanding. Good value off money The coverage on the phone is good. The tesco mobile app is really useful Because you can see how much your bill is and how much you have used off your contract. Good network overall, have no yet had any customer service so can't comment although getting the phone contract sorted was an easy process. Received a cheap deal for the phone in comparison with other networks, although the amount I am paying per month is a lot for the amount of data I have and often need to add more data to my contract towards the end of the month. Unfortunately I don't think Tesco mobile have any perks or I haven't received any email about these perks so overall rating on perks is low.

Customer service is very good and there is lots of information on their website for support. for every £1 spent on the monthly bill you get tesc clubcard points which all add up.
