It was extremely easy to set up a new contract for someone with quite a poor credit rating - staff were extremely friendly and helpful about setting up the contract. The contract required the first month in advance, but that was acceptable considering that most new smartphones are being offered on 36 month contracts due to the extreme prices. Network quality is amazing compared to my previous network. I can actually use the phone that I am paying for now. I'm able to get 4G consistently, sometimes the occasional drop to 3G, but no complete drop outs. Call quality is excellent due to really good reception as Tesco Mobile is carried by O2. I have only been a customer for little over a month, but I'm extremely satisfied right now. Friendly Staff, Great Network coverage, and reasonably priced for the plans on phones compared to other networks.
