Not bad service wise but customer service is not good, always having issues and having to speak to multiple people across a few days anytime I have an issue.

EE is a relatively good provider, I always have access to good service no matter where I am and the 4g access is also really good. I have the 20gb plan with unlimited calls and text. which for me is the perfect.

When I got my new phone I was having issues transferring my old number across. I went in to my local EE branch and they were really helpful in helping me fix the problem.

I like it it's really good to be honest however I don't know if it's really different to other networks but I do think this one is pretty good not going to lie. My friends are all on different networks like Tesco and stuff

I have full bars connection almost everywhere I go and have always received excellent customer service. I think I definitely get value for money. I think it's especially good that I can travel anywhere's in the EU and still be able to use my data and unlimited texts/calls for no extra price.

Using EE mobile network is great as the signal is good almost everywhere I have been around the uk. The cost of my contract for my iPhone 8 is very reasonable with a good amount of mobile data. The costumer service at EE has always been excellent.

In some places, the coverage is absolutely non existent. However, in other places it's perfect. Very difficult when coverage is not there especially at my work can't get any signal and can make my job difficult. However, they have great customer service.

Awful provider. Coverage is extremely poor, and the removal of one year contracts for two year contracts is a pain, considering most smart phones tend to stop working after a year. They dont offer much benefits for long term users, and still offer crazy up front fees for the latest devices, despite having a business contract.

The app for EE is great and allows me to top up, change any add ons, and check my usage and credit. I'm old school and don't enjoy being on a contract but the add ons and packages available for pay as you go are pretty impressive, particularly being able to accumulate extra add ons over time.

Expensive contract which was the result of an upgrade that wasn't very helpful. Apart from that, the phone and cover is good. International free roaming is amazing though!

Generally find it to be good service, and whenever I have needed to phone customer service they have always been helpful and sorted any problems quickly. My only downside is that the contract is quite expensive

EE has provided me with good service over the years. I really does not matter where I am I always feel I get the best service and never am disappointed with the 4g accessibility. To add to this there customer service is amazing. A few months ago I had a problem with my phone and honestly within about 29 minutes they solved the problem and were extremely pleasant and friendly at the same time. Overall I have always had a positive experience with EE and would like to encourage anyone to change over to them if they don't have it

Very good quality of customer service, very efficient to communicate with when there is an issue that need sorting out. Also keep me up to date with my contract and possible offers that i might be interested in. They are also very affordable offering a range of different price plans available for everyone

Ee has Super speedy internet and always have signal and 4G. But there is a limit to 8 hour calls if you have a sim only contract with unlimited call minutes.

Hi, I have been using EE as my phone contract provider for the past 7 years and it's the best. They have the best offers and they know how to keep their customers happy. As for customer service, they are very quick and helpful which is really amazing. They always offer new deals and good prices (my contract at the moment is £20 a month).And the internet is of the best quality. Really pleased with them.

Got a nice cheap deal for a Google Pixel 2 XL and the plan hasn't failed me yet, more data than I can chew and unlimited everything else for £36/m. Kevin Bacon preaches they have the best coverage in England but I have found myself in basic areas where this is not the case, however, the pro's do outweigh the con's and would definitely recommend EE.

I love EE and always have, even since their "Orange" days. I get brilliant service at home which has always been a problem with other providers. I also love that EE allows you to use you mobile data for free when abroad in Europe!

Service works very well in all locations I've used it in, including rural areas in Scotland all the way to London. The 4G works even when one floor underground (not on the underground trains however)

I pay £25 for 40 GB for a sim only contract. Definitely an upgrade from giff gaff (under O2). I receive more extensive coverage with this plan, where before there'd be certain 'blind spots'. Additionally, abroad I can make calls for free and use a portion of my data. Calls are always clear and using the internet is quick and easy, as if I were using it domestically.

EE network is probably the best I have been with. Unlike other networks it seems to have coverage in every part of the country, meaning the only reason I do not here my phone go off, is because it is on silent. The deal I have is class, with unlimited texts and calls, with a decent amount of GB per month for under £20, without having to pay any upfront cost for the phone. I would highly recommend using EE, as they also do not hassle all the time like other networks.

General coverage very good. Use of the EE app is very easy and simple to use. Was told as part of package that I would be able to use the virgin wifi on the trains and this doesn't work. Would be nice if EE released a priorities app

I Have had EE since it was T-Mobile and orange before the collaboration and i can confirm that i have had more perks, more ways to make my pay monthly plan even better also if you plan to go on contract and tell them your a student, they can also give you some sweet deals like myself but the price is very High for what you get and it does seem worth it. Especially if you use your mobile phone everyday.

I have been an EE customer for a long time, throughout this time I had tried other network providers but I always come back to EE as its very reliable, has great offers and great pay monthly plans especially when others from your family are also with EE. The customer service is always amazing, never had any issues with customer service as people who work for EE always try their best to resolve any problems that occur to the best of their abilities.

EE has alright coverage compared to other networks. However, in certain areas it needs improving. The customer service is good, when buying a product however, once the product is bought the customer service drops slightly.

EE were fantastic every time we phoned with an enquiry. They were not working to a script! The lines were clear, they were not difficult to hear! Of course you'd expect them to be super responsive when setting the service up, which they were amazing with. Top marks EE customer services.

I've been with EE for years and find it to be one of the cheapest phone companies for getting unlimited calls and texts in the Uk. They have a great technical support team who are readily available to help with any issues. However, their main downfall is that in certain areas, unfortunately all around the area where I currently live, in Cornwall, there is often no phone signal or 4g.

Love using EE, are so easy to use. Never have problems with my service, but on the off chance I do the customer support available to me over the phone are always excellent, they are very polite, efficient and reassuring. I do not feel as if I will ever change my network provider as they are so reliable. Been with them for 5 years and hope to continue for much longer!

When I renewed my contract roughly 18 months ago, I stayed with EE purely for convenience in my upgrading. EE Is not so bad that I am desperate to leave, but I feel that there are possibly other networks that are offing better perks, such as the O2 Two for Tuesdays offer. I feel that at £32 a month, I am paying a lot for my outdated Samsung Galaxy S7. The contract offers unlimited calls and texts with 5GB of data a month, which I struggle to make the most of. Due to the sneaky pricing structures employed with contract content, I felt pushed up into the 5GB range, as the next one down was only 500MB at the time. 1 - 2 GB would have been more ideal. I did get a free Samsung speaker though, which I am pleased with. I know that EE stresses their price increases compared to other providers is because of the superior coverage network that they have. I live in a small village and have had trouble getting reception in the past, but now it seems to have improved. However, I find that often when travelling eg by train, I will lose network connectivity for a while. I would hope that EE would by now have major transport lines covered at all points, but I appreciate that some of this may come from the fact that I am moving at speed.

Overall I find that EE are a great network provider with good coverage everywhere I have been. When due for an upgrade they were able to meet the deals met by that of competitors which meant saving a lot of money! Having done some travelling, there were some instances where coverage was unavailable, but on the whole very helpful.

I am very happy to be on EE network as the tariff I receive is just perfect for what I need. I receive 4GB of data which is great for when I am out and about and need to use it. I also receive ulitimated texts and minutes for the perfect price of £45 a month. The customer service I have received at EE is fast and efficient and better then any other company I have been in contract with.

The plan that I have is a very good plan I must admit but I am left out of all the extras, such as promotions shown on TV and advertisements on social media etc. as I'm on a sim only deal. The coverage is the biggest let down as every time I make or receive a call, all I can hear on the phone is a robot voice of the person I am speaking to. 3/5

EE have been great at providing a very affordable service to me for my Sim-only deal. I get coverage when abroad, notifications when my data has run out so as to not overspend, and great service on London Underground.

Overall EE provides good customer service, competitive prices and benefits to signing up. It does however have very poor coverage in the Moreton Hall area of Bury St Edmunds. As the largest and fastest developing area in the town I feel this needs to be improved upon to maintain its customer base in the area.

EE offers great service for a good price. I've been with this company since they merged orange and T-mobile and would never want to change. Although I'm not the named person on my contract I've never had a problem with getting in contact with the company and everyone I've spoken to is really lovely. I get great coverage at home and abroad and their services are really easy to use. The only thing I would comment on is I would like something similar to O2 priority where you get rearwards. However I often get messages with offers to add some extra data to my plan for a discounted price.

Absolutely love this network and have been with them for years. Although I am not the named person on the contract I have found that any issues I have had have been dealt with really well and the process of ringing up is really easy. They often have lots of great offers on which are really reasonably priced, like extra data for a little extra a month alongside my contract. The coverage is very good, both at home and abroad. The company also contact me regularly with updates to my contract and I have never gone over my data allowance because of their warning texts. Would recommend to anyone!

Excellent service. Easy to use dashboard app. Great customer service. I have been a Londonder from birth and have sampled a range of network providers with differing levels of service. EE offer the best coverage across a range of locations within London.

Coverage could be better, however the WiFi Call is a useful feature when there is no or little signal. There are occasional messages which include perks, although there could be more perks provided, similar to ones provided by O2, like O2 priority. Or there could be added perks for students, e.g. offers on meals.

I receive great reception in most areas I visit, so there's often no need to connect to WiFi. My plan is relatively cheap for what I receive. I get unlimited texts, calls and 25GB of data which I rarely ever finish. Overall, I have no major complaints.

I would say that for the most part I haven't had trouble with this provider, the app is good for checking data allowances and paying outstanding bills and seeing what you are paying for. The customer service has also been okay however I think that a lot of the prices for monthly contracts are more expensive than they need to be and there are also some hidden charges that they don't tell you about before and during the payments.

They don't have the best customer service, I was once on a livechat for over an hour where I had explained my problem at the start only for them to come to the conclusion that my problem was what I had told them it was, no use what so ever

I've been an EE customer for around 7 years now, initially as Orange, through a number of contracts. The contract I'm on now was brilliant value for the time, giving me 25gb of data and the latest handset for £35 a month, though this was only offered after threatening to change to Three for a similar contract. The perk of 6 months of Apple Music was nice though pretty minimal compared to the perks offered by other providers. I've never had an issue with the coverage on EE and now that EU roaming is included in my allowance it's brilliant, meaning I don't have to worry when travelling or on holiday in Europe. The customer service is pretty terrible though and has rarely been an easy experience, almost always beginning with an overly drawn out and complicated dialling menu followed by very long periods of being on hold. It if wasn't for the offer of a similar contract along with the ease of staying on the same provider I would very probably have tried a new mobile network.

The customer service is horrendous, wait times are so long. I live in a rural area where there is NO signal which is fine as have WiFi calling but my mum doesn't so never has signal. There are few plans available to suit low data requirements to bring the price down (do understand that this is largely controlled by Apple!). However, good signal in non rural locations and appreciate all of the free WiFi available e.g on the underground.

The customer service was terrible - they lied about changing the contract. The coverage was terrible - poor or no service all over Canterbury and they wouldn't accept this as a reason to end a contract early (within 2 weeks into the contract) despite saying online that it was a valid reason because according to their website Canterbury has good coverage??

Great coverage and also get good perks such as being able to use plan as normal when anywhere in the EU which has been very helpful when travelling. Also refunded me for part of my plan I wasn't using when I realised I had been paying for it by mistake.

I use pay as you go, it is amazing. I top up £10 every month and they always send me reminders when I am nearing the end and need topping up again. I get so many minutes, unlimited texts and lots of data. My current deal is 150 minutes, unlimited texts and 1GB of data however after speaking with the customer care team about needing more data, they offered a perk which provides me with an extra 6.5 GB of data which was amazing which is ideal. I use the app to top up which is really simple to use. I receive monthly calls from the customer service team to ensure I have the best deal for my money, they are really friendly and helpful

Very good signal coverage, rarely have no signal. When my signal does drop out Wi-fi calling is used where possible which has come in handy! 4G is very good and fast, again, rarely drops out. Customer service is generally very good with helpful staff. I have been with EE for many years and have not had a problem so far. Very easy to upgrade, staff are very knowledgeable.

I think this network is the best. I get great signal that reaches places that others don't. I'm also able to share data instead of buying more which is great. My only isssue is the prices of contracts. It would be cheaper to buy the phone straight out sometimes . Great customer service!

The monthly pay plan for EE is extremely useful all over the UK. Free calling between EE lines, international calling credit, 4 GB of mobile data and unlimited texts. The coverage is extremely good especially in London but in certain areas, it can be difficult to get enough signal. Customer service is decent as calling to get further understanding of international roaming options was easy to do. However, the website to access my plans often gets broken. Despite this, it is worth the value for money when you couple the benefits of good coverage and an affordable plan. I would recommend EE as a mobile network provider.

EE has a great network - I can nearly always get a signal plus, free WiFi on underground tube stations is a plus. However, the customer service from EE is awful, my phone bill per month has increased by over 20£ since signing up, I was charged for Apple Music which I was told I would get free for six months once I activated it but I never activated.

EE has provided me we a good service across the board. Staff are always friendly on the phone. The deals they offer generally involve paying more or buying a new phone. Not really a deal in my opinion. Sometimes I have failed to get a signal but overall I'm happy.

EE is an excellent provider for mobiles and service, they are always keen to help iron out any issues regarding any contracts. They also allow customers to express their concerns and provide adequate actions to satisfy their needs. EE also provide amazing fast 4g networking all over the country and also provide service to other countries.

I have always found EE very reliable, I always receive good service where I live and when I have travelled further afield, such as London. If I have ever had any issues then I have called EE and have received good customer service and and the issues have been resolved reasonably quickly. The only downfall is that I can not recall any perks of being with EE, when I know other providers, such as three, gives the customers freebies and incentives for being their customers

I have good signal across the uk. Signal in EU countries aswell. Has a user friendly app which lets you know your usage and alerts when your bill has been paid.

I have been with EE for years and when I made a new contract with them 3 years ago it turns out the number I was given had also belonged to someone else. Now whenever anyone tries to call me and I fail to pick up the other person will answer instead. Still remains an issue even after I went for my upgrade last year and asked them to change my number and they simply did not. Also the coverage is not great at all, you can find better deals elsewhere.

I use the pay as you go plan and it works great for me. I almost always have signal and data so its very reliable. Unfortunatly when I'm at home my data doesnt work (very remote.) On my plan I can choose a free 'boost' every month, for example more data, which I love.

Overall good customer service who are fairly helpful. Service can be slow to go into action when having a complaint but expected with such a big provider. EE have never over charged me as other networks have and their data caps have really helped me as a student to mange finances.

The contract is good but they messed up when it came to getting my family NHS discount when they reassured us it would come off. I got free beats with my iPhone which is a positive. I find there is great signal and the internet is always fast.

I have rung EE on numerous occasions due to having bad signal at my house. EE have always been really helpful in ensuring I get the best possible signal with there network. I could not recommend them enough. My only problem is I wish they did a contract that isn't 2 years long as I get bored of my phone very easily!

Very good, has great service and as a result all of the household I live in are part of EE. The deals are good however I feel like compared with other competitors they could charge a little less for the newer phones and devices that are being brought out as I feel that, that is the main reason to why I don't alwasy get the latest phones and devices due to the cost of them being very high in price. I also feel they could lower the cost of data, due to this is very high.

I personally would not want to leave a good review. They raise my ratings and add things onto my phone without my permission. I go over my data allowance and they do not stop me and it can rack up to £400 pounds. Other providers stop their customers as these customers are unaware they are doing so. I feel ashamed I am on EE when giffgaff make sure that the customer service is perfect

Brilliant for using abroad. Whenever I have been away on holiday I have had data able to use or purchase. EE also rarely goes down and I can get signal and data almost everywhere. I also was able to trade in my old phone for £150 to EE for parts even though it was damaged and really didn't think it was worth anything. It took money off of my next phone bill

The signal and internet strength is great! but customer service is very unpersonable and all they want is for customers to continue paying the same, or more! It should be that long term, continuing customers are rewarded, as it used to be with phone contracts, but now it makes no difference if you have been a customer for years or are a brand new customers, often the new customers get the best deals! I didnt upgrade when my contract ran out and instead just got a pay monthly sim only contract and kept the same phone, I didnt see the point in paying double what I was just for a slightly newer model, its rediculous how there are no rewards for loyal customers. And it is very annoying to constantly recieve texts or calls from ee trying to get me to spend double what I am paying now

One of the many perks of an EE contract is that if you have a family member/friend who's under the same contract you can exchange data between you. I do this with my dad who needs more data than me so I transfer him an extra 2GB every month.

Just upgraded my contract as I am saving up for a new phone to buy outright and the customer service was amazing as always, offering me 20GB for £20 a month; instead of £30 a month with 1GB of data- don't know how I used to cope with just 1GB. EE are a great provider and I will be staying with them!

Great contract deal of only £26 per month for an iphone 6 with 4gb data which never runs out! The EE wifi call is a great feature and allows me to make and receive calls almost anywhere. There is great coverage on EE, seems to be superior to that of my friends and haven't had any problems with the phone or contract over the past 2 and a half years. Would recommend.

Generally, my experiences with EE have been good. I always get a great deal when I renew my contract and they are always willing to match deals I have found elsewhere. Sometimes the customer service has not been great, but I couldn't fault the network service they provide!

The coverage is as good as it is advertised, very rarely do I have bad signal let alone no signal at all. The mobile data is fast and consistent. The perks of being an EE customer include BT Sport subscriptions, Apple Music too, Vue Cinema pass and regular deals on these kind of add-ons, including additional data. Overall price of the contract is quite pricey but I find it's worth all the perks and the great reception. Customer service is very helpful too.

This company have helped me when I was struggling to pay my bills, when I had my phone stolen and when I had forgotten to pay a bill. Their customer service is so friendly and helpful and when I had lost all signal for apparently no reason, they helped me straight away to get it back. The only thing I will say, is their coverage isn't as good as they make it out to be.

Great provider. The network coverage is great, works almost everywhere. The monthly plan goes out as usual, almost never having to pay more due to excess usage. Customisable notification texts help this. Perks such as a lowered bill or overseas coverage come as an advantage of loyalty.

Decent value, good coverage and has the benefit of providing eu roaming etc. Major downside is attempting to upgrade/keeping your number will mean the upgrade cost is borderline extortionate. You can get the same deal as a new customer for much cheaper. If they provided decent deals for upgrades then it would be much better.

Really helpful staff, they were able to provide a contract which also worked in the Channel Islands, which I personally find very helpful. The contract lets me use the data allocated by the plan without roaming charges in any EU countries when I go abroad which is another feature that I like about it.

Customer service was ok. I remember i had a few problems setting it up, had to go into 2 different stores and rang up a few times but they eventually got it sorted and it was fine... haven't had a problem since. Excellent customer service whenever I've needed to contact them, they don't send too much spam via email or text, I've very rarely had problems with signal except in renowned areas for poor signal on every network, easy to top up data whenever needed. No complaints at all.

The customer service and signal is good. But with more access to 4G on other networks, and competitors offering better prices for the same handset and deals it's pretty poor. I get a lot of signal and the customer service team have always been friendly and helpful, even when abroad. But, I had to be put on a different contract when travelling internationally which I was then tied in to for two years after being assured it was temporary.

EE coverage is good. Very rare I will get less than 3 bars signal. I live in Northampton and the shop assistants are very helpful and willing to provide information on all offers, phones and contracts. However, I had a question regarding the guaranteed annual price increase on the contract and perhaps this was too technical so I am still awaiting an answer.

EE ensures that I get my monthly bill every month before the direct debit. Secondly, they have good student offers annually and that is how I got my deal of 12GB and free roaming for £15 a month. thirdly, they send emails and messages on deals that they have which could reduce the cost of my plan. the overall network coverage is really good and I like that I get wifi on the underground.

I used to be on three and I always had issues with data connection and service. So when I got my new phone, I switched to EE and I get coverage and data in places that I couldn't get before with three. The 4G is very fast, it works almost everywhere and the price I pay a month is good value for money. I was also able to use unidays to get a discount on my contract which is even better value

Service often very good and fast and monthly contract price is very competitive. Extra charges are when sending sms or making calls is often without warning and needs to be changed to include some form of warning as prices can come as a shock to many.

Haven't had any problems with EE since signing up for a contract nearly two years ago. I've always been provided with excellent customer service and advisors have ensured any issues I had were resolved on the phone and in store. Coverage has be good, haven't experienced any issues and perks offered are great such as 6 months free Apple Music subscription which is great as I am constantly streaming music. Plan has also been great as overall cost of it was reduced by 20% using student discount. No complaints at all.

After being on a 24 month contract with EE previously, the switch to a sim only plan was quick and easy. The plan is good value for money as it is cheap, yet offers large data packages. EE service is very consistent, providing 4g data connections in many areas. Free WiFi at London Underground stations is another benefit to being with EE as this has been very useful to me a number of times. There is also always someone available to help if a problem arises.

There a few student perks which have been excellent such as 500mb extra each month for no additional costs and free London underground wifi. However, they have recently changed their plans for calls within the EU and no longer include them as part of your plan so you actually spend a lot more. They didn't even inform me about the changes.

I started off on a contract after having my phone stolen and not really having much support. The company in the shop had made me wait for two days whilst their systems were down. I came back a third time and because of this I was offered a F&F discount on behalf of the store manager. I appreciated this. Little did I know three months down the line I'd be paying nearly 3 X the agreed amount because they found little crooks and crannies. So I switched to a PAYG Sim and still awaiting to hear from EE.

EE have been the best mobile provider for me so far, I started off with a pay as you go sim and one day they called and asked me did I want to upgrade to a pay monthly for only £2 more but with unlimited calls, unlimited texts and 5gb of data which to me was an amazing offer. The cost of this plan should be £24 but I get it for only £12 I'm really impressed with the quality of service they provide and intend to stay with them long after my contract ends

I have had 2 contracts with EE over the last 4 years, and purchased the recommended insurance with them. Signal is always great and their customer service is excellent. I'm very clumsy so have claimed on the insurance at least 3 times in the 4 years, and it was always easy, with a replacement phone arriving within 24 hours. I couldn't recommend them more. I even chose to go with EE for my new contract, despite Vodafone having a slightly cheaper deal, because their customer service was vastly superior to Vodafone.

The phone contract i took out was inclusive of everything i needed and i haven't run out of anything, but if i was not offered student discount through NUS the contract would not of being affordable for me. The price has increased with inflation twice during my 24 month contract, which i find a little ridiculous seen as though its a contract, so would be nice if price didn't change at all. Overall good service in regards to 4g and customer service when i was mistakingly overcharged it was fixed quickly, and fairly.

Loads of perks (such as a Vue cinema card) and add ons available. Great network. I have been with them for a while now and got offered BT sport free, Apple music. Customer service has been great they have always resolved my queries and are happy to help. I switched to them from Three and have not looked back.

Great coverage, I rarely find myself struggling for coverage or without 4G. I'm on a sim-only contract and find the cost of the contract very reasonable. I have been with EE for years and find them very helpful, both on the phone and in store if I have any enquiries or wish to upgrade my contract or handset. I find that with EE there are less perks, or they are less known about than the perks you can get with O2. However I do not see this as a reason to change providers as I'm happy with every other aspect of the service I receive.

The upgrade that I received was amazing, the deals were great and the staff were even better. I upgraded to an iPhone X, the data plan fits me perfectly along with the app, a large amount of data and being able to track it is great, this is why I stick with EE contracts

EE reward loyal customers by giving them amazing deals when they choose to upgrade with EE. I looked to upgrade my original pay monthly contract with an iPhone 6, which had unlimited minutes and texts and only 5GB data. After phoning up EE, explaining I wanted to do an early upgrade to an iPhone 8 Plus, I was given a contract that would give me unlimited minutes and texts with 30GB data for £48 a month. Now, the plan would have required a £500 upfront fee, but they waved it because I was willing to pay my £160 early upgrade fee.

EE is a very friendly service, they are helpful and always there to give you a hand. I am on a sim only package after coming out of pay as you go; this has a downside as it's a minimum contract of 12 months which you have to stick to - although with this package I get unlimited calls and texts as well as 250 gb of data which is more than enough for me as I am always on the go or sleeping; never in-between.

I have been with EE on and off since the age of 16. Currently I am very happy with the level of signal and service I have received. The only issue is that sometimes in built up areas the 4G mobile data is more like a snails pace and can be quite annoying. Apart from that it is a great network.

Pretty good service for the most part. Coverage drops out around the outskirts of the Evesham area. Main gripe is that you always have to wait about 10 minutes to talk to someone instore and even then they tell you to just go online to fix your own problem.

It is good, the 4g is quite readily available which I find very useful, I don't think the price is too much either I think it's £16 a month but that doesn't include the phone. They are really attentive and text a lot o also think the way you can check your billing allowance is very easy to use and fast. Although it is very difficult to get hold of someone on the actual phone their lines always seem to be very busy! They are good to people that have been with them for a long time which is what I have been and o think that's lovely and sometimes send competitions over etc. They also have an app which is good for checking balances and paying bills buying more data etc etc

i have been using ee sim only plan for the past 13 months. the plan cost me 25 pounds, it comes with 20 gb data and unlimited call and text in uk and in europe when in europe. EE is a very easy and simple company to use it is also very affordable as I am a student so I used a student discount on uni days which helps a lot now I only pay £16 a month for unlimited texts, calls and 20gs of data so it is worth it. It's also very fast

Customer service great. Whenever it's time for an upgrade, the staff are always happy to help me find the best deal. My mum and I are on a joint contract, and we are able to split the upgrade offer between us how we like. As we have been with EE for so long, and we have home broadband from EE, we were able to get a Huawei P20 Pro handset for just £150!

The customer service are very polite and helpful when needing supporting. I sometimes find the wait too long when being connected which can be frustrating! I find that when talking to staff they do not interrupt you and take their time to deal with each and everyone's queries!

I don't really have any complaints for EE - I always have good service and my data is fast and reliable. I like that you can share data through the family plan - this means if I run out of 4G I can use the remaining 4G on my sisters account! Their customer service team is super efficient - I had billing problems and it was resolved over the phone within 5 minutes and I was also given a discount off my next months bill to apologise for the inconvenience! I also used my phone when in America traveling for 4 months and I had signal everywhere - I only had to pay £5 extra each month to be able to use my phone including unlimited data, international calls and texts. For a student - I couldn't complain! There are lots of added benefits for pay-monthly customers too such as Apple Music discounts, Sky TV package discounts and early access to gig ticket sales. Would recommend!

Excellent coverage and service. Had a couple of problems/queries where I had to contact customer services and the people I spoke to on the phone were very helpful. Using the online chat I did not have such a great experience as trying to explain my query to the woman I chatted to was not easy. She just kept repeating the same information which was not relevant to my question, however she did understand eventually and my query was resolved. Overall cost of my plan is great with the student discount applied.

Never had any problems with EE and always find they are reasonable and helpful when trying to resolve any issues. my entire family of 13 are on EE and we do not plan on or consider changing anytime soon. My only complaints is sometimes i struggle to get signal in the city of edinburgh where i live and when in the city centre the data calls and texts hardly work.

Found the coverage very good and a good price for the data and calls you receive. The signal is really good whether I am in a city or in a remote place, and they are really good at communicating deals and offers. EE has great customer service and whenever I have had a problem it has always been resolved quickly. I also like that the pay monthly contracts are a lot cheaper than others on the market, which is a great benefit especially for students. The only downside is although the coverage is generally okay, I find that sometimes I cannot get signal whilst people on other networks can. EE's coverage rarely fails with the only times I have ever been let down taking place in extremely rural parts of the country. Customer service is easy to contact and is often helpful with billing matters. I pay averagely £45 a month on my phone bill. My Contract is unlimited calls, texts and messages. The phone it's self is an IPhone 7. For the phone I have I wouldn't say what I'm paying is worth it because I don't use text and calls. I get no perks from my contract. My contract is 2 years long. I've had a few problems with EE like they have taken payment twice but they have always reimbursed me.

The general customer service is good. However I feel like some of the staff need more training on dealing with certain circumstances. For example I got a phone on contract around 3 weeks ago and it broke 2 days ago. Since I had no insurance, nothing else was recommended by the staff member except getting another contract with a new phone, therefore paying for 2 contracts on £170 per month rather than paying a one off fee of £320 at Apple for repair. Despite this the general service is still quick and efficient from my past experiences. Having been to a few European countries, the coverage and data is very good and it's like I never left the UK

The quality of coverage is normally very good, I occasionally experience slow 3G but very rarely. Customer service has been good when I have needed it, I have been with EE for as long as I can remember and they are very good at matching deals elsewhere when it comes to upgrading. I am not aware of any perks offered too me. The only negative I would bring up is that if I ever run out of data it is very expensive to buy additional data and it is a bit annoying that your data can not be rolled over to the next month. The contract is also quite expensive per month in comparison to others.

My pay monthly contract is for an Iphone 7, which i get unlimited calls, unlimited texts and 30gb of data per month. this is the best deal i could ask for as a student who is on the go a lot. For the first two weeks of being on EE connection was excellent! Then after that so shocking, claiming they are the best in their business is something I don't get my friend is with Tesco mobile and gets much better range of signal and connectivity. A good thing is the deals EE offer you and your data plan for someone living in London free WiFi for London Underground is great. I also have an Apple Watch through EE which allows me to pay monthly which helps me as a student out a lot.

The coverage for EE is very good, I can highly recommend this. Whenever I'm out with my friends and they lose data in a restaurant or shop, or even a field to be honest, they always comment on how they should get on EE because I always seem to have bars of WiFi when they have no connection. Even when you travel abroad, literally as soon as I land I receive a text message straight away from EE informing me of any data charges (which usually stay the same except for incoming phone calls which may charge the caller and outgoing which may charge me). Meanwhile I've found that in Europe, text messages always have no extra cost which is amazing. Further, EE customer service is very good in store and they help me upgrade my iPhone (twice now) with no hassle as per contract. The contract I signed is also durable and reliable; the amount of space on my phone is really good especially in comparison to my past mobile phones. I have not needed to buy any extra storage on this pay monthly contract for the iPhone 8s since I've had it (nearly two years) and I can fit infinite apps and camera rolls too.

Having being with EE now for just over 4 years I have never had an issue with them. The 4G is outstanding and never seems to fail whenever I need it. I got an amazing deal with the iPhone XR 60gb of data a month unlimited texts and calls for only 50 pound a month with no charge for the phone. I have been with EE For over 6 years now. When I needed a sim only I callled up and was helpfully assisted in which plan was the best for me. I then wished to upgrade my sim to an pay monthly contract which would allow me to have a phone along my sim deal. I called the staff and they were able to go through very different offers and see what plan suites me . They were also helping me in finding another cheaper deal and asked me question as in how much data and how much calls I made.

EE I found has its ups and downs with me. I am a very loyal customer to EE since it's been discovered and I don't feel I get much benefit from this network. However some ups are pretty reliable data and very generous data allowance on my plan. I sometimes struggle with service in some places others don't. Also they don't offer a good upgrade early policy which I tried to do last upgrade due to me breaking my old phone and wanted to pay to upgrade early however I couldn't do this and had to wait another three months or pay to cancel my contract and set up another one which I didn't want to do. However I do think they are a good reliable network other then that.

Excellent service provider, with a great app to download on your phone to keep up with mobile data, text and minutes so you don't go over your limit. You can add things to your plan on the app and set up or change your direct debit. I get regular deals for other products which is great. Only downfall with EE is that I loose signal in quite a few places where my partner does not (with another provider) but great customer service and would go with them again when my contract ends.

EE is a decent mobile network provider. I was able to negotiate a sim contract including unlimited texts and calls with 40GB for £25 a month. However, I do believe that other providers have more competitive deals in terms of perks. For example O2 offer priority for concert tickets. Also, I have not always received the best customer service or solutions when my iPhone was experiencing issues. In the summer of 2018, my phone experienced unexpected shutdowns and I had reached out to EE in store and over the phone, and they were not able to effectively deal with the issue so I was forced to get another phone.

Very good generally but awful upgrade process at the end of the contract. The upgrades they offer are a lot more costly than a new contract with EE, and often higher than new contracts with alternate providers. If you don't upgrade they stop you transfering your number to a new EE contract also, which is a pain.

I found a good deal at the time on uswitch and wanting to keep my number, I phoned up to see if they would match the deal which they did not so I had to get a new number. The signal is always reliable and I get a good amount of data, minutes and texts for the money. EE WiFi call is a good bonus however there are no other perks such as 2for1 Wednesdays like there used to be. Other family and friends have a better deal since I got my phone.

Having been with EE for over 5 years I am very happy with the service provided. My mother, brother and I have joint accounts that mean we pay a very reasonable price for an extremely good deal. The telephone service is phenomenal both in the UK and abroad. I have never run out of data or encountered any unexpected costs. They often text me with deals but never enough for it to get annoying. Every encounter with EE either by telephone, email or in store has been satisfactory and rendered no complaint. I have been with EE for over a year now, and I honestly wouldn't go with anyone else. I am on a pay as you go plan, and it's ideal for me and if I have any problems EE are there to help me straight away. Absolute love it!

I ordered my iPhone X instore. The staff were very helpful and guided me through the different monthly sim plans to go alongside this phone. The phone and the plan is overall a great value, the customer service team and in store staff are amazing and I would definitely reccomend EE to my friends and family.

I go to university in Canterbury and only get a reliable signal about 50 percent of the time. Apart from that the only improvement that could be made is the ability to change you plan

Overall I think EE are a great network provider! I never struggle with getting signal, and if I ever have a problem they have a great website where it's easy to get help, and problems are solved quickly. My only negative is that I have been stuck in an expensive contract but that my own fault

I often travel overseas to see my partner abroad, and EE always makes that a little bit easier with their international coverage. It is especially good in France.

The quality of the coverage is very good; EE have very good coverage The perks that come with the contract are the extra free add ons, such as BT sport The cost is not bad but it increases too much after a few months, which is the only negative

I've been with EE for years and generally have had a great experience. When I'm in certain areas I struggle to connect to the Internet And have to rely on WiFi, but apart from that no complaints. I was abroad a few days ago and being able to use my data and minutes while away was great, having no limitations there really helps.

My contract is great for me - I got a decent sony xa smartphone for £22 a month which gives me 1GB of data, unlimited texts and calls. As I took out a broadband contract with EE I got an additional 4GB of data, totalling my monthly data allowance to 5GB (which I barely use all of it by the end of the month!). Coverage is good, however in some places it drops (better than some other networks though!). Overall, my contract gives me exactly what I need at an affordable price.

I find EE a relatively good provider. Customer service regarding my travels last summer was brilliant, the lady on the phone talked me through WiFi calling and all the countries tariffs, which saved me searching ends webpages. I actually had a phone call off EE last week informing me that my contract is soon to be up for renewal, so they wanted to discuss the possibilities of a new contract with me. This was no pushy service, it was very nice to hear what I had made the most of this contract and where I can save money. E.g. I don't use my 4G up, so they offered a lower cost package that suited my needs. A very tailored service, which is highly recommend. My only flaw is that I struggle to get service in my hometown (which I have recently moved from - so it's not an issue anymore).

Really good network. Always have either 3G or 4G available. Get 500megabytes free because I'm a student. Good deals that they text you every couple of weeks which you can stop if you want

I have been with EE for a few years now without any issues with coverage or customer service. As I am a student, I am offered 0.5 GB of data free of cost. I have used my data abroad in multiple countries with no extra costs. They also allow early upgrades for newer phones that could come in handy if your current one has been damaged and it may be more ideal to purchase a new phone for a relatively low cost.

EE is a great service, however the signal isn't always that good and there aren't as many perks as other providers such as O2 which is why it got 4*.

EE have always had excellent customer service. If I have never had a problem I have always called them and they have resolved it there and then. When I upgraded my phone I went in store and upgraded and found that I was putter on a better deal for the same price as the lower tariff. I have been put on a Max Plan that is excellent for me.

EE is great, their app is really easy to use and whenever I've called them for help, their people are really polite. Their BT Sports offer is really cheap too, awesome coverage for just £5/month.

Generally I am pretty happy with my provider, however I've recently learnt the rate I pay is vastly higher than anyone else I know. Everything else is pretty great, coverage is fine, and as I'm part Spanish and have family out there the roaming is great. Now though, I feel like I've been duped into paying twice the amount most do on similar deals with the same provider.

Generally always good service, free international roaming. EE wifi on the underground is great. Do not always get a great deal with a phone included. Would like better perks for long standing customers.

The customer service has always been good whenever a problem has come up. They were very fast with tending to when I lost my phone and blocking the number. However, I feel that they should lengthen the cool off period to a month so that if you end not liking the phone after two weeks and end up being stuck with a phone until the contract runs out.

A straightforward service - I've never had an issue which hasn't been resolved within the month (e.g. I was charged for an Apple Music membership which I had cancelled, but was refunded the next month without needing to contact them). The app is useful and informative. As a student I also get a 500mb data buffer for free. However, when signing up for my plan in store, I was not informed of the discount students are also entitled to - despite having mentioned that I was one - and I only became aware of this afterwards. Coverage has been good and is often better than that of my friends.

£38 a month for iPhone 8 which I thought was a fair price. Price was lowered to keep my custom and they offer extendable data when I run out for a fair price. Coverage also has never gone down. Overall I am happy to stay with EE

Expensive but good coverage, good perks and it's a well known network. They're popular for a reason but their deals aren't great, you only seem to get a goo deal when you call to cancel and they match your better deal!
