Generally good but they keep assuming that my bills will be three times what they actually are based on national averages.
Bulb is a really great energy provider. It's priced competitively with other non-renewable providers, yet it is 100% renewable! No issues to report
100% renewable electricity cheaper than my old brown mix supplier and great customer service! Decent billing and overall easy switching, the fact they pay the exit fees for your old contract is also great. Referring friends brings credit off your bill as well. Very impressed
Very responsive with any issues online, they use an online chat and email system which is very easy. We have had a few issues with estimating our bills but that is due to our previous supplier and they have been sorted quickly! Also we managed to get £100 off our bills by recommending friends!
I have been a customer of bulb for around two years now and I must say what a fantastic company. They always do their best for the customers with low prices and brilliant customer service it was a no brainier. When I have had issues with payments they have always been so good with me offering refunds if necessary and even adding money to my account if it was a fault on there end. They offer the best gas and electricity prices so I cannot complain whatsoever. Even with riding fuel prices they always promise a good, competitive price.
It was really easy to transfer over and they even dropped the standing charge a couple of months after I joined. The online site is really easy to navigate and I would definitely recommend them to others.
Bulb have an easy-to-access website and a great online chat system to support you with any worries! They provide lots of information with details on how to submit readings and update you with any changes. In 2nd year, Bulb actually informed me I should be paying less and so I was able to lower my monthly direct debit and save more! A much cheaper alternative to other providers and brilliant customer service. I have spoken a few times online and via the phone and have always received great customer service and have any worries dealt with quickly and with minimal stress!
I was looking for a 'green' option and I'm glad I found Bulb as they are the best green energy providers and also the best value for money. So far, my account has been in credit - even in the colder months! Very simple process as well, and their app is easy to use.
Was really easy to transfer to Bulb and they give £50 credit to every customer who is referred by an existing Bulb customer. You can also continue to earn credit by referring to others too! They have an easy online system to manage accounts.

I recently joined bulb as I heard great reviews from friends about the ease of paying bills with them. It was every easy to switch, we just had to fill out a form online and it was done! All we have to do now is input our gas and electricity meter readings every few months and they calculate our bills. If we overpay our account gets credited with the overpayment amount, ready to be used for the next bill payment. I would definitely recommend bulb to everyone as it is easy to transfer and very easy to use.

I really enjoy using Bulb. They paid our exit fees when we switched over, which helped a lot with costs when student finance wasn't giving us money. We save about £40 a month in comparison to EDF, which is brilliant. Customer service is also amazing and they get back to you immediately.
They estimate your energy and gas readings based on nothing and then charge you more. My bills were supposed to be £53 per month and then it was reestimated to be £106! They give you £50 for joining but you lose that pretty quick with shady tactics. Would not recommend.
