The speed of Virgin Media's broadband service is brilliant at times, where I can receive up to 50Mbps, however, the reliability of this is less consistent. There have been a few times a year where the connection will completely drop, and the household would be without the connection for a few hours, and once we were out of service for a whole week! Customer service seems to mostly be good, but could definitely be better. At times, we would have issues, and the engineer would not be avaiable until the next day. The deal we receive is broadband, tv service and phone line. For the price, it can be expensive, around £80 per month, however compared to Sky, seems to be better value for money.
