My olusnwt broadband is super reliable and very fast. It provides the whole house with amazing internet and is definitely value for money as it not too expensive either. It runs 5 phones, 3 laptops, and a PS4 and is still always reliable. Definitely recommend.

definitely a cheap provider which we use for a 5 person house. downside to that is multiple devices are kicked or very slow. help team have tried to fix this but it might be an issue with the area our house is located. overall not too bad but not a great service.

The speed of the internet is good but difficult in peak times but it's quite reliable however the customer support is not the best just as it takes so long to get through to anyone that it stops being easy to get things fixed. However they were very fast at fixing a problem once you have reported it.

Speed of the internet is not fast enough even when only 2 of us are on the WiFi - let alone when all 5 of us want to be on it! Our phones frequently disconnect from the WiFi so we were sent a free booster in case it was a range issue. While we appreciate this customer service it did not help. The router is in my bedroom and I still do not have reliable internet connection.

In general, Plusnet have done me proud. Their service is alright and cheaper than most We had some issues setting up but that was mainly due to the last tenants not paying their bill, meaning our line got cut off. Sometimes the internet is slow but I think that might just be the modern world. When you get hold of customer service they are usually helpful.

The WiFi works well on the bottom floor however anything above it doesn't work. I have phoned them twice in the past and they said there was nothing they could do. It really isn't value for money what so ever!!!

Forever cutting out, it is very slow, and doesn't reach all areas of small terraced house, including kitchen and bedrooms.

PlusNet was an obvious choice as it was the cheapest for fairly good speed internet at the time. Although the speed of broadband was okay to begin with, after 12 months it raoidlr declined and PlusNet's support didn't improve speeds at all. Despite the speed behind below the contracted figure, plusnet said we weren't allowed to leave our contract. When we spoke to Sky, they did some tests and said that broadband couldnt even be offered by them in our area because of new regulations that stated it had to be a minimum speed (of which Plusnet wasn't meeting!) Despite all this, when we finally moved house, Pluset made us pay an exit fee even though the full contract was up.. would not recommend!

Slow at times, connection issues but the reset is quick. Customer service is non existant since they answer the phone asking the exact same questions and not providing a solution without offering to send you out an engineer for a stupid amount of money. 0 Perks too.

Very fast broadband at a fantastic price. The set up was very quick and we were online in no time. Router sometimes needs to be rebooted but very rare.

I am very pleased with this internet. We got this for our uni house after another broadband failed to provide. At first we were wary but the internet quality has- for the majority- been good and we haven't had massive blackouts like some internet providers. There are times when the Wi-fi randomly cuts out and it's doesn't always have optimal speed with my computer but it works relatively well for the money we pay for it every month and it doesn't slow down by the amount of people using it.

Quick activation but signal is impossible to reach in all rooms and our house is only 3 bedrooms and it doesn't reach the 2 bedrooms.

Speed fluctuates massively through the house and isn't good when multiple devices are connected in each room. But, a lot of connections in this house does stretch the limits and a booster has helped the speed massively.

Very low broadband speed, and customer service are rude when you notify them of a problem and are slow and ineffective at fixing problems.

Connection is overall good when in close proximity but when I'm in my room the connection speed drops too low and can hardly do anything

Have had a lot of problems with the service cutting out for reasons unexplained, it was extremely frustrating as customer services didn't really help until the matter persisted for more than a week. After that time that were happy to send engineers and a new wifi router which fixed the problem. They are extremely good at offering compensation and giving low rates, but overall their service and quality is not the best. It is definitely worth spending a little more to get faster and more reliable network speeds. The only other problem I have found is the long waiting times to connect with the help centre.

I currently live in a shared accommodation of 8 people in my house. Plus net have provided us with a really bad service and our internet can not contain 8 people using the broadband at once and when we've phoned up they haven't been of any help at all. Wouldn't recommend to any student.

It's a Greta offer we got , sometimes it's just slow , not a lot of People have it in this area so it's slow .

Upgrading so giving the company more money was just ba nightmare. I rang up two weeks before our contract ran out to switch over, got offered a decent package but was a real hassle changing, internet out for a day without changing. Kept getting capped our speeds so had to call to get uncapped. Then after it finally changed I got charged for the old package for one days ususage, and then the next month overcharged by £28 but fortunately called and got refunded. A lot of stress for what ahoush have been straightforward.

The broadband supplied Fast, cheap, reliable. Not had any issues with this and contected to up to 4 devices at once.

Plans available with plusnet are good but. Overall service is really bad. I was not happy with speed , wifi fluctuation was always. Complaint many time but improvement. And customer service was bad transferring calls between technical team and other team but never provide correct solution.

The price to performance is alright considering it is split between 6 people although it does have the landline linked to it which wasn't optional and we don't even have a landline connected for us to use because we don't need it so that's a waste of money. when connected to Ethernet cable the speeds are good most of the time but likes to slow down at random times. The Wi-Fi on the other hand hit just awful, it hardly reaches the entire house, and the parts if the house it does reaches it is extremely slow to the point that I'm just using my own data just to watch a quick video.

Our plusnet internet is cheap, but can be very slow. It only seems to work properly in the room that the hub is in - and we live in a flat! I would not use them again if I could go back however it is very cheap. When no one is home you can get good speed internet, but there is three of us that live here. It can b every fast sometimes, then cut out completely so not reliable at all.

Sometimes would not be connected to the internet when too many devices are connected? But generally reliable internet at the stated speed that they said they would provide. Easy access to customer service when necessary. Good value for money overall, one of the cheapest ones that I've not heard a very bad review from friends and family. Old-style looking router but not an issue because it works. Signed up for 24 months.

I have heard that other people have had really big issues with other providers, with that in mind I feel the issues I had with plus net were minimal. Mostly the service has been everything we expected, the only thing is a small communication issue. They say they will message you as soon as your package has been changed over, we waited all day and had to ring up before we were told it changed at 9 in the morning, I ended up missing a deadline. Aside from that the service has been satisfactory.

Fab. Household of 6 students, all using the internet all the time. Never had a problem. Even when gaming, watching videos and running extensive software programmes, it has never failed or become so slow.

Good internet speed when it works (not often) called up to resolve it (was waiting for over an hour for the phone to be answered). Free £50 that you get when signing up still hasn't been received.

Excellent value for money, lots of suitable contracts for students and they really show devotion towards their clients as they make an effort to exceed expectations

I live on my own so I find that my wifi is always reliable, and the ustomer service has always been really friendly and nice. The value for money has been really worth it in this first year where its only been £20. Next semester it'll go up by another tenner so I might switch if it's too much money.
