The customer service is very welcoming, the provide a good service and are very patient with customers. The app is very easy and simple to nativage, especially if you're in a rush, the Touch ID make it quicker to log in and find details. It also provides a lot of information, for example cancelling your card, however what would improve it would be allowing you to block the card on your phone with a simple tap, similar to what Barclays have. Also unlike other banks you aren't probided with any perks, such as Santander with Railcard's. But none the less I would recommend this bank.
