This Wednesday, we have more great wellbeing tips from Fika, so you can make the most of your time during the lockdown.

Life at the moment is unpredictable to say the least. Research from our student panel this week has shown that students are becoming more anxious about going back to university in September, and no one knows when the lockdown will end or what the ‘new normal’ will be.

But while times of uncertainty can be challenging, they can also be life-changing. Not knowing what the future will look like can give you the freedom to really think about what you want it to be.

We’re all stuck in lockdown. But this enforced downtime could be an opportunity to reflect on your life and re-evaluate your goals and plans. We spoke to our friends at Fika, the mental fitness app, about how to find positive outcomes in these difficult times.

Maybe you’ve decided to change your career plans and do something to help others, like Dr Fran, or maybe you’ve decided to take a year out and volunteer, inspired by the many students helping others around the world during the crisis. Or maybe you just can’t wait to get back to normal. Do you want your life to change after COVID-19? Let us know @studenthutuk on Twitter.
