Part one of our weekly series to bring you the best of the student TikTok scene!
Last month, we gave you some of the most entertaining TikTok users to follow while under house arrest. Now you’ve had ample time to procrastinate, we thought we’d bring you some more study-friendly content to help you get that elusive grade.
Compressing important lessons into bite-sized clips (complete with a backing track), the students of TikTok are revolutionising the way lessons are taught. The users are carefully curated by the Student Hut team (who will take any excuse to get on the app) on a weekly basis, to ensure that you guys have access to the advice you need to up your knowledge!
Let’s see what this week’s students are all about:
Is calculus getting the better of you? Are you triggered by trigonometry? @Ludus_ is your man! With a channel featuring more than 150 quick-fix solutions to your mathematical muddles, he is truly the voice of reason when it comes to crunching the numbers. His loyal following of over 352,000 users speaks for itself.
Ludus is always on hand to help his followers, regularly producing content in response to user requests for tricky solutions.
Move over Pythagoras, there’s a new king in town!
@Alexis_Loveraz from New York is another good one to follow for those who are chasing the best possible grade in mathematics. It doesn’t stop there though; beyond making content for maths students, his impressive TikTok portfolio also covers Geometry and Chemistry.
For those among us who wish to pursue a career in Law, give @ryeungen a follow. As well as study tips, Ryan’s TikTok profile also features a number of real-life legal stories; his latest one spotlighting a series of cases where justice was not served, which makes for interesting, if somewhat poignant, viewing.
If Literature is your thing then @Ya.Books has you covered. This TikTok is actually shared between two users - Morgan and Riley - who, between them, seem to get through books at an alarming rate! Their channel is jam-packed with recommendations and analyses of all things fiction.
If you’re in need of a break from study, then don’t worry. Their content also includes recommendations for films and TV Shows (but be warned - there are some spoilers in there!)
If their shows don’t tickle your fancy, then check out our Procrastination Station for more binging material.
If you’re just after some general advice for revision and exam prep, look no further than the aptly-named @Revision_Tips_UK. From mind maps to mock exam tips, they’ve got the lot!
This account also shares revision papers for screenshotting purposes, for those among us who want to give their hands a rest from taking notes.
If all that learning is making you peckish, then we would highly recommend checking out @CaughtSnackin’s profile. Their recipe catalogue ranges from the decadent (check out these heavenly Oreo fudge brownies) to the downright weird (Super Noodles pizza, anybody?) There’s really something for everyone!
Last but not least, we have the self-stylised ‘e-ttourney’ Law student, @EveCornwell_. Eve has been on the StudyTuber scene for a while, racking up more than 300,000 subscribers on YouTube. Since making the jump to TikTok, her content has already garnered over 220,000 likes as she hilariously documents her life as a law student.
You can expect to see a fresh batch of TikTok-savvy students who are primed and ready to share their knowledge on a weekly basis from now on!
