StudyTuber of the week: Sorting your stationary with Jack Edwards

Ever wanted to become a YouTuber, or more specifically a StudyTuber? From charity initiatives to filming his entire university degree, Jack Edwards is the inspiration you need to start a channel.

Jack Edwards

This week’s top StudyTuber is Jack Edwards, a University of Durham graduate who’s also an entrepreneur. There’s a reason Jack has ranked fifth on this week’s StudyTuber charts; he has documented every single aspect of his university experience ever since day one and has now completed his degree. His pun-tastic videos range from study hacks, student days in the life (DITL), and what to do after graduating. The recent launch of his second academic planner, the Jackademic Planner, for his stationery company Ink Outside the Box, highlights his entrepreneurial spirit. Jack’s not one to miss if you’re looking for inspirational and witty content. There’s so much to choose from, you’re bound to find something that takes your fancy.

Jack has also set up a charity initiative with the sale of his slightly imperfect academic planners. The three charities he has chosen to support with this project are the Runnymede Trust, a charity fighting for race equality, Mind, to support people with mental health challenges, and the Sutton Trust, dedicated to addressing educational disadvantage.

If you’re interested in getting involved in activism, or projects that will help make a change, then read how you can be a part of the solution here. After all, three in five of you told us that you are still interested in taking part in activism despite the Covid-19 crisis.

Here’s a taste of what Jack Edwards’ content is like.

If you’re a graduate who doesn’t know what direction to take, then follow Jack’s journey as he navigates graduate life. If you’re a fresher, then there’s also great content for you as Jack can help you through writing essays, and finding a balance between university life and social life.
