Do as the queens do and throw your everything into every challenge (or piece of work you get assigned). You’ll get used to working to a high standard and to deadlines, which is fabulous for real life.

Especially at university, where things can get overwhelming at times, let yourself smile and step out of the stress zone. There’s more to life than worrying about essays and exams.

Contrary to the bitchy, argumentative nature of Drag Race untucked in the US, the British contestants seem to genuinely like each other. Tbh the US ones do love each other, they just get edited otherwise.
They have a connection which filters through to the judges and to the audience. And we’re here for it. Grab your besties and huddle. Seriously. Everything's better when you’re not alone.

The originality in this show is real. These queens are demonstrating that uniqueness. It's out for all to see.
We have a real spectrum of drag from genuine people. And that’s what we should all be striving to be. Ourselves.
